Exceptional apartments

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and the beds and bed linens were super comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. The only negative I have, a slight niggle, is that a few extra towels would have been good, I didn't ask so not a big complaint.

Superb

Lovely clean, modern apartment, our party was 6 adults and we had plenty of room, even a bathroom per couple! Only downside was no wifi, although you can access plenty for free in the bay so not a major issue. Location is by the fire station, approx 5 to 10 min walk to beach and the same to the supermarket. Plenty of balcony space and private underground parking accessed via the lift in the building. Pool area looked nice although we didn't use it. Looking to book again for next year already. Well worth a visit.

Great location, excellent value

Third time in Sao Martinho, albeit the first time in an apartment as our party was smaller.

The villa is part of a larger complex but reasonably quiet with secure parking. It is well appointed with plenty of space on the two balconies. A heated pool as well which is useful with a small child. I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

While not a negative, as we were aware at the time of booking, both satellite tv and internet would be a very welcome addition

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement luxueux, bien aménagé, meublé et décoré avec goût..

En revanche, le système de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans le séjour et une des chambres et nous avons eu froid. La société gestionnaire nous dépanné dès le lendemain avec un petit chauffage d'appoint qui nous a été très utile pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons été déçus par le manque d'entretien général : les parois de douche ne sont pas nettoyées et sont envahies de calcaire. Les joints des cabines sont noirs et laissent passer l'eau. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement. Nous avons dû nettoyer la plaque de cuisson sur laquelle subsitait une épaisse couche de gras laissée par les locataires précédents. Nous espérons que le nécessaire sera fait pour remédier à ces problèmes.

Malgré ces inconvénients, nous pouvons recommander cette location.
