In addition to the lounge terrace there is a roof top solarium where the plentiful sunshine can be enjoyed to the full.

The ground floor consists of lounge/dining room and kitchen in an open plan arrangement. The lounge/dining area is well furnished giving a very relaxed feel and accesses a BBQ terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding Los Molinos community and the Mar. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering break.
The two bedrooms are located in the downstairs floor of the property, one with en-suite bathroom and a second separate shower room.
The Los Molinos community is a delightfully relaxing development set in glorious surroundings. The large communal, solar heated swimming pool provides a focal point where an enjoyable time may be spent enjoying the holiday mood. It also encompasses a small restaurant where you may take a meal at your leisure. The entrance to the pool /restaurant area is bordered by a small windmill (Los Molinos – The Windmills) which gives its name to the community. In addition the shops, restaurants and bars of Bellaluz are only a short walk away.
La Manga Club Resort is located on the portion of the south-eastern coast-line named the Costa Calida - the Warm Coast. The general climate of the Murcia Region is predominately in the ´sunshine´ section of the barometer making the Resort ideal for both summer and winter breaks.
The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 minutes drive away with the regional city of Murcia only a further 20 minutes along the motorway.
Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages and is only 10 minutes drive away.
The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse, it is also home to a very popular Sunday market.

The rental rates shown are based on full weeks and changeover day being Saturday, however, we are willing to be flexible on changeover days and length of stay by negotiation.
Rates include preparing the property prior to guests arrival, plus weekly maid/linen services for 14 nights.
