Comfortable 5-bedroom villa with luxury inside and holiday pleasure outside

Comfortable villa with large terrace, pool and closed garden in a relax setting on the green hillside with great views on forest and Mediterranean Sea. With its 11 beds and nice children facilities, ideal for (up to) 3 families with children.

Especially enjoyable is the huge terrace with 4,5 x 9 mtr pool, with cosy poolside bar and dining place. Good privacy and great views from every spot. Or relax at some other picturesque sitting spots in the 1620 M2 fenced domain with fruits garden.

Situated on the exclusive 'winding road' strip of coastline between Calpe (4km) and Moraira (8km). Several great beaches and bays within a 1,5 to 8km distance (large Calpe white sand beach at 4-5km). Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 3-10 minute drive. Central location for day trips in 30' region (Benidorm, theme parks, Denia, Gaudelest,...). Try out the bamboo bar at playa fustera, or the vast coastal plank walk, all starting at just 1.3km from villa

Details on the house : on a typical day, you will enter by car via the lower gate (remote control), giving acces to a driveaway and large parking. Some stairs bring you to the vast ground floor where you will live all day and evening. Passing the petanque court and outdoor toilet, you enter the covered outdoor dining area (50sqm) and bar (with fridge and music via bluetooth). Now you are at at the main terrace, centered around the large pool. On the other side of the pool you can take a hotwater outdoor shower or take outdoor stairs to several other terraces and garden with many fruits and flower trees around the villa. From the pool area you can also enter the villa's porch with lounge seating, after which you enter the house in the kitchen and dining room area. Once there, it brings you a few stairs further to the 1st double bedroom and bathroom. Some stairs higher is at the 1st floot a twin bedroom and living room. From the living room you can also enjoy the 1st floor porch. Half a floor higher is the top floor with the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here is also an exit door which bring you to another parking reachable via the upper gate entry. So in a nutshell the plot is situated on a hillside with 2 main entries, but most of the daytime live will be at the very large ground floor area covering terrace, kitchen and dining room.

We fell in love with this property during a holiday in Moraira-Benissa region. We choose this villa mainly for its unique terrace with great outside living for the kids and ourselves, and terrific views on the green pine forest and sea which gives us privacy and a relax feeling. We love it so much that we come here as often as we can to relax in the villa and enjoy the excellent food in the region

What makes this villa unique

Very nice and large garden with petanque, trees, flowers, fruits (season), small terraces. Fully fenced and good privacy. Two gates to enter the domain, of which one with remote control device which is attached to your key

An absolute gem!

We had a perfect experience from start to finish renting this villa. Gunter the owner gave us great communication throughout, including a truly comprehensive guide to the local area, and called to wish us well on our arrival at the villa!

The villa itself is stunning - the bedrooms are all well-appointed and with very comfy beds, natural light and air conditioning that works wonderfully. A large lounge with huge TV and hundreds of European channels if it's not so sunny outside (sadly the UK satellite TV no longer picks up any channels since Sky repositioned the Astra satellite) - not a problem though if you bring a laptop and an HDMI lead, a real boon for kids that want to watch downloaded movies or even stream over the internet (the internet is based on 3G/4G coverage and so isn't as stable as UK broadband, but worked great for us for the most part). The kitchen is small but well-equipped with anything you'll need.

But the real showstopper is the outside area around the pool. A huge space, big enough for the whole household to sunbathe as well as a full on table-tennis competition taking place, while the table seats 12 with ease. The bar with fridge/freezer makes the drink flow easily!

The views are pleasant, the drive down to the coast road takes a couple of minutes, from which you've got the small but perfectly-formed Fustera beach right in front of you (Mandala Beach Bar is a good spot for a meal), or a ten minute drive in either direction to Moraira or Calpe - we generally preferred Calpe.

Plenty of nearby restaurants (Grizzly's is a favourite, but you MUST have Italian at Damiano's) and supermarkets - everything you need for a perfect break in the sun!

Stunning, well equipped and perfect location!!!

We had a great time here! The villa is absolutely stunning and extremely comfortable!! The views were amazing from the terrace and the location was perfect for us. The villa is huge, set on 3 stories and there was 11 of us so we didn't feel like we were under each other's feet!

Lovely drive down the back roads to the villa, and it is situated about 5 minutes drive from the local shops and restaurants.

Recommend the Mandala Beach Bar and Restaurant about 20 mins walk, had a great meal there!

The beaches in Calpe are beautiful but a little busy so advise to get there earlier and there is a large (but dusty!) car park over the road near the flamingo park which is free. The two beaches either side of the "rock" are completely different. The first beach you come to before the Rock is shorter with fine sands and shallow waters, whereas the second beach is longer and split in 2 with a rocky beach first with lots of pools to try and catch little fishes ( which the kids loved!) and then an other long sandy beach. There is a Lidl and a Supermacado down the road and very reasonably priced! We spent about €90 per day on food and drink for 3 families totalling 11, which was impressive!

Couldn't fault it and would definitely want to stay here again!!

Un vrai plaisir

Une villa située dans un quartier calme, avec le bruit des cigales.

La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec de belles et grandes chambres.

L'extérieur de la maison est exceptionnel avec piscine et bar extérieur...tout près du terrain de boules!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec des amis et nos enfants, entre repos, jeux, soleil, piscine etc... C'était parfait!

Très belle maison, propre et entretenue. Le sérieux du propriétaire est sans faille. Une situation au calme et un confort intérieur idéal pour deux familles. Aménagement extérieur excellent, accueil parfait, précision dans les renseignements pris auprès du propriétaire qui est serviable, disponible, sympathique.

Nous avons vécu un très beau séjour dans cette région magnifique, la maison a largement contribué au succès de nos vacances.

Nous recommandons cette très belle location.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Villa & Umgebung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus in einer tollen Umgebung verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, sehr freundlich, schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen etc. Die "Hausdame" vor Ort war ebenfalls jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich, sprach deutsch und hat immer schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt, es fehlte an nichts.

Die Umgebung ist großartig und bietet vielseitige Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen!

The villa is located at the exclusive strip of coastline between Moraira and Calpe, with Benissa Costa situated in the middle. Along this 8km scenic winding road, you'll find about 8 cosy bays ('Cala'), that are connected via a terrific coastal walk hike over forest, cliffs, beaches, steep stairs etc. When going from the villa downhill to Cala Es Pinets (1.3km) you find this coastal hiking path and you can turn left or right to visit other caller's or beaches. At Cala Es Pinets you find a 'secret' kind of natural swimming pool in the sea with very warm water in a shallow bassin. You cannot sea it unless you go walk into the sea and turn left around the small cliff. You can also snorkel easily around this very small but cosy Cala Es Pinets.

Around Playa Fustera (1.5km from villa) you'll find some bars, some restaurants and a local supermarket which is great for bakery and small groceries. The big supermarkets are at around 4-5 km (towards Calpe : Konsum, Mercadona, towards Moraira : Pepe la Sal, Masymas)

The villa itself is situated on the hillside towards the sea, at 70m altitude and 1.3 drive from the sea (1 km to coastal road). It is situated at the border of a pine forest, which guarantees magnificant view on green forest and sea, and no villas or roofs are obstructing that view, as the only neighbours are behind and aside (at a good discance, thanks to the large land plots in this area). All this gives you a great feeling of privacy.

At the coast, the main things to sea and enjoy or on the direction towards Moraira (many restaurants along the road and sometimes on the sea shore), or towards Calpe (which in itself is suddenly a very touristic place in comparison to the residential nature of Benissa. A little bit further away you find Altea (nice small shopping streets around the church on the hill), and Javea (as to us, the best beach and promenade in the area).

More inland you'll find great mountain roads (starting right behind Benissa), for instance a magificant nature and high mountains towards Guadelest.

Shopping is best in Benidorm (30' drive), for instance in shopping area near the highway exit benidorm/finestrat.
