Welcome! Come and stay in a large, well located, 3 bedroom flat (sleeping up to 8 people!) - perfect for families or a group of friends visiting London. With the Oval Cricket ground only a short walk away, it's also the perfect base for anyone coming to London for a Test Match.
Oval Tube station gives you very quick access to the West End (Leicester Square, Covent Garden etc), as well as major stations such as London Waterloo, London Bridge (The Shard).
The flat is also full of original artwork for you to enjoy!
Living and eating
The living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating. A flat screen TV with freeview is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The large sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed - sleeping up to two people.
You can access the balcony from the living room with great views over London.
The dining table is equipped with seating for up to eight guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, large fridge freezer hob etc.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms and bathrooms are down one flight of stairs.
There are two bathrooms in the flat. The larger bathroom contains a bath (with shower head), a basin and the washing machine is also located here. There is only 1 toilet.
Opposite the bathroom a smaller shower room and loo.
Master Bedroom: A decent sized bedroom with king size bed and lots of hanging/cupboard space. Original artwork adorns the walls!
Second bedroom: A good sized room, lots of light and hanging space for clothes. Queen size bed.
Third bedroom: A single bed with the option of a pull out single bed underneath i.e. this room can sleep two if required. Again there is hanging space provided.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer.
There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
This property has a very appealing price (lower than the market's average) because it is for sale. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.
• Maximum group size: 8
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!
***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
