This apartment was completely renovated in 2016 to create a home decorated with taste and practicality. The result is a comfortable, cozy and beautiful accommodation where all the details have been taken into account so that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Seville, even forgetting that you are in a tourist apartment.

The spacious spaces and the variety of environments in the apartment, make it ideal for families as large and small can find their resting place after a long day of sightseeing. The exclusive and comfortable furniture has been integrated perfectly into the decoration that has touches of Mudejar style to adapt the modernity of the apartment to the atmosphere of the Jewish quarter of Seville.

In the apartment everything necessary is provided so that you can fully enjoy your stay in Seville:

THE APARTMENT

The living room is large enough to accommodate two spaces with different environments. Each of them has a sofa and sure that each member of the family finds his favorite place in one of the two spaces.

In one part of the room we wanted to create a Mudejar-inspired space with seats and puffs for several people and a very comfortable sofa bed with a cotton mattress that will delight anyone.

On the other side is the other sofa with chaise longue where the whole family can entertain playing or relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The main room is very spacious and also has a cozy corner furnished with an elegant chaise longue to enjoy the moments of rest that are enjoyed in the apartment. We have also made available several books on the culture of Seville and some other parts of Spain for curious guests to spend their leisure time.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is in a communal area which is accessed by a garden and an Andalusian patio. It is located in the neighborhood of the Jewish quarter of Seville and despite its central location is in a very quiet area where you can rest well at night.

What could be more charming than staying in one of the most historic neighborhoods in Seville? From the apartment, you can go to the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the most iconic monuments of the city in five minutes.

The advantage is that it is also very close to the ring road where you will find supermarkets, butchers, the market, pharmacies and buses to go anywhere in the city and the bus and train stations to visit the surroundings of Seville.

Seville is the perfect base to visit many of the places of interest that Andalusia offers:

• The white villages of Cádiz and Ronda.

Beautiful and in good location!

Maria’s apartment was spotless, nicely decorated and in a very nice building close to all main attractions and tapas bars. Maria is a wonderful host. Communication was excellent and she stocked the apartment with all basic necessities. It was very nice of her to think of everything we might need. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in a vacation rental. The flamenco show at the Carboneria (right next door to the apartment) was the highlight of our visit to Sevilla.

Modern apartment located near all attractions

This property is just lovely. It is modern and is fully equipped with everything you could want on your holiday. It is exactly as appears in the photos. The location is ideal; it is just a short walk to most city attractions.

Maria was an incredible hostess. We communicated regularly, and she seemed genuinely concerned that all was well with my family. She provided a Google map with a wide range of popular bars, restaurants, and other points of interest. She even printed and delivered some tickets for us! In short, she was kind and gracious.

If you are looking for a modern property in a lovely building with easy access to all attractions, then this is the place for you!

Wonderful clean spacious apartment

Well situated in the old part of Seville the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie. We had a wonderful stay there and was able to leave our cases there out of the check in times. We would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to our friends and family.

A lovely apartment very close to the main sights of Seville

We had a fantastic time in Seville which was made even better by the very clean and well appointed apartment in a lovely complex. It’s a 5 minutecwslk to the Alcazar and cathedral and Maria’s suggestions for restaurants were spot on! We would definitely stay here again

Great location beautiful apartment perfect host

Literally every time we left the apartment there were people taking pictures of our courtyard - it was that pretty. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured. Comfortable and stylish. The location is incredibly central. No more than 5 minutes from the cathedral and the alcazar, not to mention most of the great restaurants. Maria has thought of everything- including extra towels and makeup remover in the bathroom. Maria herself was super responsive - I had replies to my texts within minutes. She provided information about restaurants and checked in often to ensure we were enjoying our stay. It rained in Sevilla a lot during our stay (not typical), and Maria felt like the city had let us down. She was so proud to share “her” city, that when it was perfect, she took it personally. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen items and spices, allowing you to cook meals and eat in if you wish (although with all the restaurants I’m not sure you will). Maria even stocked the fridge with ham, bread, cheese and wine for us the first day so we wouldn’t have to worry about finding food after our late arrival. Shower is fantastic (we had issues in some of our stays in other places). Washing machine is modern and works great. Lots of closet space. We stayed a month and could have stayed many more.

comfortable and extremely close to the old city. very helpful owners

We spent a week in Seville in this apartment. It is comfortable and extremely close to the old city centre. The owners were very helpful from our very late arrival and throughout our entire stay. The only minor drawback i can name is that the apartment is not sound isolated very well. We heard the neighbours pretty well and not because they were noisy. A few advises to future visitors:

- if you come by car, be sure that it is not wider than 180cm. The street is very narrow and a standard car just fits with folded mirrors. Also keep in mind that finding a parking place is very difficult in this area.

- when visiting Alcaszar or the Cathedral, buy tickets online to skip the long lines.

- for any questions (restaurants, parking, places to vist), ask Maria (the owner). She can always give a good tip.

Owner's Response: I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in Seville, Ilja. I am sorry that you could hear the neighbours. This is an issue we are addressing this month as we are going to do some works to make the walls in the bedrooms soundproof to reduce the voices coming from other flats. When you were in Seville it was New Year's Eve so, probably that is why you could here louder noises than usual. I always recommend people not coming by car to Seville so, I am glad you are mentioning that too. I wish you many more happy trips in the future and a great New Year.

Seville is a good base to visit the white villages of Cádiz. They are in the Sierra de Grazalema, just an hour away by car from Seville and an excellent place to practice paragliding

Doñana Reserve is also close to Seville.

You can also visit Córdoba by train, bus or car from Seville.

In Seville, we can do the rowing, cycling and a lot of very good walks through the Sierra de Aracena and Grazalema (where you can also visit the Serrano ham wineries).
