A gorgeous modern apartment in an amazing location that is split across two floors and benefits from huge windows and fantastic light. There is a master bedroom with en-suite, a great double bed tucked away in an alcove, and a sofa bed. This would be a great fit for up to 6 people looking to be right in the centre of London!

Please note - there is noisy construction work very close to the flat, I hope it does not impact your stay!

The Space:

This is a brand new apartment in the heart of London fitted to a very high standard with all modern conveniences. The layout of the flat is gorgeous and unique! The apartment is a split across the raised ground, ground and lower ground levels. The master bedroom and en-suite is on the raised ground level, the entrance and entrance hallway on the ground level, and the kitchen/living room/2nd bathroom/alcove room are all the on the lower ground. The apartment is open plan. The master bedroom is divided off from the rest of the apartment by virtue of being a floor away and having 3/4 height walls.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has a sumptuous king sized bed with a pocket sprung mattress. The bed will be made up spotlessly for you using hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of storage in the wardrobe for you to store your clothes.

There is also an "alcove room" where there is just enough room to slid a double bed in. It's a fun hideaway. Head height is 1.5metres - so great for sleeping but not standing! In addition there are copper reading lights, a side table and a 32 inch Samsung TV.

BATHROOMS

There is an en-suite luxury bathroom in the master bedroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet. It's tiled top to bottom in a luxury limestone tile - with alternating polished and gravelled tiles to produce a divine textured look. Off the living room is the 2nd bathroom, with shower, toilet, and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

KITCHEN / LIVING / DINING AREA

The gorgeous kitchen has appliances of the highest standard, including two Miele ovens (one is a combination grill and microwave), a Siemens fridge and freezer, Siemens Dishwasher and finally a Siemens combination laundry washer/dryer.

The dining area has a round glass table and seating for four. The living room has a lovely sofa, which converts into a sofa bed that features a fantastic pocket sprung mattress that can fit two adults. The mattress is 140cm wide (which is just 10cm thinner than a UK King sized bed [150cm]. There is also a 42 inch Samsung TV with over 70 channels and 25 radio stations.

Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with Guests:

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the heart of London. Situated between Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations you can walk to almost everywhere. Theatres are less than 2 minutes away. There are great bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafes all within a short walk from you. However, the apartment itself is tucked away on a quiet street with little traffic. It's a great base from which to enjoy London.

Getting Around:

The apartment is in the heart of London. You can walk easily to much of central London. There are also plenty of tube stations close by: Holborn is 4 minutes walk, Tottenham Court Road 6 minutes walk, Covent Garden tube 6 minutes walk.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Please also note that there is construction work outside the property at the moment which starts early in the morning from Monday to Friday.
