About this property

Luxury 3 Bedroom Family Friendly Condo. Walking Distance To Downtown Restaurants

Welcome to the previous show suite of Rundle Cliff's where no detail was overlooked. The condo has over 2100 sq. feet in which you and your guests can sprawl out and enjoy. There are two master bedrooms with King beds and ensuite plus additional twin in one room. The third bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and twin bed with a hallway washroom. The living room has an oversized kitchen table so you and your guests can have relaxing meals. Enjoy sitting by the double sided fireplace within the two living room seating areas. One of the couches is a tempur-pedic queen pullout bed. There is a full kitchen that has all appliances and cooking utensils required for your stay. Additionally, the deck has a BBQ which looks out towards multiple mountain views. The condo also has in suite laundry. The building has an outdoor hot tub, games room, laundry room and an exercise facility. We will also provide two National Park passes for your cars for the duration of your stay.
Transport from the airport to our door can be arranged for $275 one way for up to 4 people through Driver Plus, Mo Helmi 587-226-5115. Transportation for the Bow valley is by Roam bus service that covers most of the Canmore, Banff park highlights. There is also a scheduled bus service from the Calgary airport that will drop off about 100 meters from our building.

So much more in Canmore!
LOVE this place and this location! Excellent for 6 adults (we had 5) and more room on a bunk bed which we didn’t use. Beautiful property with everything you’d need to feel at home. They also had a bunch of games and shuffleboard table! We took advantage of reserving the building hot tub after a couple long days of hiking! Highly recommend!

We purchased this property as it had every amenity we were looking for. You will enjoy the extensive walking paths throughout the property which also lead to downtown. Our property has an exercise room, hot tub, amazing mountain views from every window and a recreation room for you to unwind. Once you arrive at our vacation home you will be able to walk to any Canmore destination.

What makes this property unique

Very close to all the retail shops and restaurants. You are able to walk the scenic boardwalk over creek right to downtown. And our property is very unique in its size. As it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and 2100+ square feet all on one level.
