The farm is 45 minutes from Brno Airport. It is secluded at the end of the road and so is quiet with no passing traffic. It sits in a commanding position on the side of a hill overlooking the village of Vrtezir. The main house has 4 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with an open dining room and living room. There is 1 bathroom and 2 separate WC's. Behind the farm house is a horse shoe arrangement of barns and stables with a small cottage attached separated by a 6ft fence for privacy. The farm is fully accredited as a Bio farm. It is surrounded by orchards of Apple, Pear, Plum and Cherry all of which give a supply of fresh fruit during the season. Cider is made on the property. There are also horses for hire for riding upon request. The next door farm has a small herd of cows and is otherwise all arable.
Keppler farm is renovated and was acquired in 2010 by a young Englishman from London.
All bed linens and towels are provided. There is a final laundry/cleaning charge of Eu50 at the end of stay in addition to the rental price.
