Two bedroom apartment with sun terrace in Palm Beach Apartments

A two bedroom modern apartment situated on the 1st Floor (pool level). Recently re-furbished it has a clean, homely but minimalist feel to it.

The block itself is maintained to a high standard with a large beautiful swimming pool and sun terraces set amongst gardens.

The apartment boasts a large sun terrace with outside dining and sunbeds offering privacy.

It has one bathroom, comprising of bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

The kitchen is open plan into a dining area/lounge with a table for 4 people to dine at and 2 sofas. There is a TV offering local channels and British News.

The two bedrooms are of a good size, both with double beds, wardrobes and drawers. The master bedroom is the slightly larger of the two, while the other room has a small balcony overlooking the front of the property. There is also a small camp bed for a little one.

Hi there, I am Jo. I have been living in Ibiza for 22 years this year - over half my life now, and cannot see any reason to move. I am married (to a Scot) have two children of 8 and 5 and am a full time housewife, part time property rental owner and also in my spare time run a villa rental and concierge business. I have been involved in the travel trade since studying a tourism course in college 25 years ago and find it an enjoyable and stimulating industry.

Palm Beach is an excellent choice of holiday home, due to its location (quiet and near the sea) - with unbelievable sunset views from your own private terrace. It is never oversold and my customers are always happy and grateful for having a wonderful holiday there.

Lovely apartment, bright clean and spacious

Great apartment, lovely quiet location but really close to shops and restaurants. The pool and pool area was clean and spacious, we were the only ones around it most of the time. Huge area outside the apartment for sunbeds etc. Jo had left beach towels for our use so don't bother packing any they were perfect and large. We arranged our taxi through Jo, and was picked up from the airport and delived to the apartment in about 20 minutes - the same leaving the apartment for the airport. (25 Euros each way)

Great Apartment.

Although we were a little bit worried about the location of the apartment, we had no need to be, it's position was ideal, a short walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants you could ever want, but far enough away to get a good night's sleep. The apartment has every thing that you need to have an enjoyable stay, and being on the ground with a private terrace to the main pool area, with sea views from the pool area to die for, the apartment block is situated across a small, quiet road from the sea front, A short walk down the road, away from the main resort area, will take you to a water park and a beautiful bay beach, where the sea is calm and great for young children, and people who don't swim to well.

Joanne, the Manager, is really helpful, and answered all our questions, before our arrival,

To sum it up in short, we had a wonderful time, in a great apartment, the weather helped as well, of course, and every thing went smoothly.

Port Des Torrent

Palm Beach Apartments are a well to do block situated at the far end of the Bay of San Antonio, opposite a rocky coastline but offering unadulterated sea and sunset views.

Just a 10 minute walk from the sandy Port Des Torrent Beach one way, and opposite the wonderful Spanish Seafood restaurant 'Can Pujol' serving freshly caught fish to your table.

A short walk will take you to the attractions of San Antonio Bay, where you will find Shopping, Banks, Bars and a multitude of varied restaurants. It is a great area for everyone to stay, with the families enjoying the late night 'fun parks' for the kids, where they can run around relatively safely while you sit a relax with a drink from the bar and dinner. For the rest there are some great restaurants on your doorstep, including Chinese, Indian and Italian.

There is also the popular sunset bar Kumharas for sunset cocktails and Ibiza Chill.

San Antonio Town with its bars and Nightclubs is just a short Bus or Boat ride away.

Other Activities: Mini Golf, Children's Play Areas, Waterpark
