4 Bedroom, 2 ensuite rooms (3 bathrooms) with ample parking

A convenient location for Nottingham City Centre & Nottingham Trent Uni, University Hospital Queens Medical Centre Nottingham and Nottingham University. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms house is in a central location for the City Centre and the scenic surroundings . The house is a step away from the main road. Wollaton Hall and park is nearby, where there are many walks and the famous Nottingham University grounds are just over the hill. Bus links are excellent and the tram stop is a 15 minute walk.

There is ample parking at the house itself. As the main house is away from the main road, noise has never been a problem. Each season allows the house to be appreciated in it's entirety. The whole house is available, with the dining and lounge providing ample space, however with an additional payment then an extra lounge and conservatory are also available. Two bedrooms also have adjoining en-suites.

You are welcome to walk around the grounds, however please be careful of any garden appliances. There is a wooden table and deck chairs for those pleasant Nottingham Summer evenings.

You cannot ask for a better location in the City of Nottingham! There are plenty of buses with the Bus stop being 2 minutes from the house (as the house is close to the Queens Medical Centre Hospital). Read the 'Get Around' section ,below, for further information. There is a TRAM stop within a 15 minute walk, taxis are easy to get a hold off too, I recommend DG Cars, but you also have Uber too.In town you’ll find many popular restaurants, the cinemas, theatre and pubs for your entertainment. To come back to Derby Road from town, take i4 or 21 or any bus going directly to QMC (the hospital) and get off there. Now you will have cross Derby Road and take the same route as before.

Local Amenities: If you find yourself running low on groceries, there are local amenities in the area. Take a right onto Derby Road and you will find ample grocery stores, takeaways, a pharmacy to name but a few. In town you will also be able to stock up on all the things you need. It’s a good idea to bring whatever you need from the town centre if you visit it, as the amenities on Derby Right might be a few minutes walk.

Transportation: The Town Centre is 7 minutes away by bus. On Derby Road is bus stops right in front of the QMC (the hospital) No need to cross Derby Road to get the bus stop as those are the buses coming from town and going the other direction. Take the i4 or 21 or any other bus going directly into town. A good reference in town, to stop at is Maid Marian Way or the Broadmarsh bus station.

If you are here on a conference, visiting the university or the city, then this location is ideal. The house is well positioned for road, bus and the tram. On foot you can get to both main campuses of the university (main and the Jubilee) and also Wollaton Park (the location of the batman movie and home to deer) is again within walking distance.

There are plenty of buses with the Bus stop being 2 minutes from the house (as the house is close to the Queens Medical Centre Hospital). Below you can read the number of busses passing by the main road (it details buses from the opposite direction and gives you an idea of the many options). "Travelling to the Queen’s Medical Centre by bus is easy, with frequent buses running 7 days a week and stopping directly outside the Hospital. Orange Line 34, 35, 36 provide a frequent service, 7 days a week. Buses stop outside the QMC on Derby Road, just a short walk to the QMC Forecourt and Main Entrance. Buses run every 3-4 minutes on Monday to Saturday daytimes. Evening and Sunday buses run at least every 10 minutes. Wherever you’re travelling from in the City Centre, there’s a convenient stop for you to interchange from other NCT buses".

This is a strictly no smoking house. Please note, special smoke detectors are present in the house. We have a special smoking repair team, if actvivated there is a £500 cost. If the team discover smoking of drugs like cannabus, there is £950 charge for clearnace of any residue.
