1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, Sleeps 2. Close to parks, shops and transport links
Welcome to my lovely one bedroom apartment in an attractive mansion block, retaining beautiful period features and situated in prime Kensington & Chelsea. This gem of an apartment has lovely high ceilings and gets plenty of natural light
With its own entrance and accessed via outdoor stairs to the rear of the building, this 535sqft / 50 sqm apartment comprises double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (inc bathtub). There is a separate guest toilet off the hallway, large eat-in kitchen with integrated washer/dryer/dishwasher and finally a beautifully decorated and comfortable living room with large bay windows. As an added bonus there is ample storage for clothes, shoes and suitcases.
PLEASE NOTE: THE SOFA IS NOT FOR SLEEPING ON. On a few occasions guests have arrived assuming it was OK to sleep on the couch. I would prefer if you didn't.
I can provide a fold out single person mattress with extra sheets and pillow for a third person (PLEASE ASK IN ADVANCE) Probably best suited for a child or teenager. Suitable for an adult but obviously not as comfortable as a bed so bare this in mind if planning to stay at the apartment for more than a few days. Seasoned couch surfers should find it very comfortable :-)
The flat is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Being centrally located there are lots of things to do in this area.

Well maintained flat in a great location
Ashil and Faiza responded quickly to our questions. The flat was roomy and close to bus stops and within easy walking distance from Warwick Road underground station. A local Tesco supermarket and several restaurant made for a great experience.
Thank you for being such a great guest
Loved the flat we stayed in. The Kensington area is beautiful and within walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. A lot of shopping in the area and great access to the underground.
Elegance in Earl's Court
Clean, bright, comfortable and conveniently close to lively Earl's Court shops, cafes and tube station, this flat was a delight for spritely tenants able to navigate their luggage up two flights of stairs. Efficient and friendly owners assured easy booking and pleasant arrival.
Great location & accessibility. A charming place to stay.
I stayed here for a week of solo vacation in London. Perfectly located for access to transit, groceries, and restaurants. The Victoria & Albert, Royal Albert Hall, and Kensington Gardens are all easily walkable. The apartment was secluded, mostly quiet, and a restful place to come 'home' to. I'd stay there again anytime.
Great area, clean apartment, quite, private, easy access to public transportation.
Our only disappointment is that we did not stay a lot longer. Felt like a home away from home and everything we needed was easily accessible. Great bed for a great nights sleep. Look forward to our next visit to the UK!
We truly enjoyed our stay. Good location to public transportation.
The apartment was clean and easily accessible to the London Underground. We would suggest making sure all devices work in the unit, i.e. the towel bar heater, the thermostat (couldn’t read the temperature); none of these items affected our stay but should all be working. Maybe leave written instructions for operation of TV, again didn’t affect us as we didn’t come to London to watch TV but what little we did watch took me some time to finally understand the operation.
Otherwise a very good deal.

Earl’s Court was developed from green fields, to a London suburb, and into the busy neighborhood it is today. It retains a picturesque quality with the houses that line some of its streets, but there is still plenty of room for all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and other things to do.
Walk past all the huge coffee chains and delight your tastebuds with some well-made coffee from an independent coffee shop. You can enjoy the great atmosphere inside these great cafes and stores or take your caffeine to go as you explore the rest of this great neighborhood.
Earl’s Court is a traditional-looking neighborhood, with the houses lined up in picturesque rows. The pubs are just as traditional, and ranging from classy to hole-in-the-wall homey. No matter which pub you go with, they will all have a great pint and some comforting pub food.
The neighborhood has quite a diverse offering of restaurants, some of which are listed among the best in London by multiple city publications. You won’t want to miss out on some of the best Chinese in London, or the most down-to-earth French restaurant in the area.
If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out once the sun goes down, Earls Court definitely has some great options. From restaurants holding downstairs cocktail bars to American honky tonk themed music venues, there is an eclectic range of options to chose from.
Earl’s Court has plenty of brilliant little green spaces to take a deep breath in. It is also quite close to some of the most famous London Royal Parks with the most acreage. Find your own personal hideaway or join the other Londoners enjoying what sun they can at a more well-known green space.
