Welcome to my lovely one bedroom apartment in an attractive mansion block, retaining beautiful period features and situated in prime Kensington & Chelsea. This gem of an apartment has lovely high ceilings and gets plenty of natural light
With its own entrance and accessed via outdoor stairs to the rear of the building, this 535sqft / 50 sqm apartment comprises double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (inc bathtub). There is a separate guest toilet off the hallway, large eat-in kitchen with integrated washer/dryer/dishwasher and finally a beautifully decorated and comfortable living room with large bay windows. As an added bonus there is ample storage for clothes, shoes and suitcases.
PLEASE NOTE: THE SOFA IS NOT FOR SLEEPING ON. On a few occasions guests have arrived assuming it was OK to sleep on the couch. I would prefer if you didn't.
I can provide a fold out single person mattress with extra sheets and pillow for a third person (PLEASE ASK IN ADVANCE) Probably best suited for a child or teenager. Suitable for an adult but obviously not as comfortable as a bed so bare this in mind if planning to stay at the apartment for more than a few days. Seasoned couch surfers should find it very comfortable :-)
The flat is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Being centrally located there are lots of things to do in this area.
FARMER'S MARKETS, FOOD & EATING OUT:
