Great location !!

We have stayed at this property before and love to return as the location is great. Easy access to the beach and all the nice restaurants and shops in Cala D'or. Tomeu is always very helpful and easy to deal with and answers queries quickly. Accommodation is well maintained and very clean. This visit we were delighted to see that the whole place has been totally updated and is a lovely bright living space. We were also delighted with the addition of a new dishwasher that was very helpful during our stay. A lot of work has been done to modernise this property. Thank you - our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - again!!

Perfect!!!!!

Beautiful little gem! Lovely 3 bed apartment, comfortably sleeps 5. Spacious balcony overlooking the beach & pool ( even has a washing machine plumbed in outside ) airer & pegs available! Adequately equipped kitchen for cooking but restaurants are all within walking distance. 2 toilets, one with shower cubicle & the other with shower, bidet & bath off the master bedroom.

Car parking is available on the road but not always right outside if it's really busy but not a problem.

We had 9 nights here & thought it was perfect!

Beautiful beach apartment with a central location

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 6 nights in the end of July 2016, with a family of four: mother, father, teenage son and 20-year old daughter. The apartment is beautifully decorated in Spanish style. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment had everything we needed for a smooth holiday.

The apartment is located in the 1st floor of the building, with an own entrance gate from the street. There is a combined living room and a kitchen with a dining area. In the kitchen you can find all the dishes, utensils and appliances needed. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living room.

The master bedroom is roomy with lots of closet and drawer space for clothing and things. There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The bedroom has its own bathroom with one sink, toilet and a bathtub/shower.

There are two bedrooms in addition to the master bedroom. The other one has two single beds + an air conditioning unit, the other one has one single bed + a ceiling fan. These 2 bedrooms share a small bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and one sink. There was always plenty of hot water for the four of us.

The entrances to the terrace are from the living room and the 2nd bedroom. The terrace is very spacey with a big table, 4 chairs + a large umbrella and also two sunbeds. The washing machine is located on the terrace. From the terrace you have a view to the pool (which is lower than the apartment) and to the beach.

The apartment is located right next to the beach with a partial view of the ocean and a straight view of the sandy area of the beach. There are a lot of shops nearby: souvenirs, handcrafts and groceries, all reachable by foot. One of the supermarkets is right across the street. Also there are lots of restaurants within a walking distance. We could walk to all of the places and sights we wanted to see in Cala D’Or, thanks to the central location of the apartment.

The owner was very helpful and answered my emails quickly, when I was inquiring about the availability. The rental process was fast and reliable.

This was a beautiful holiday apartment on the beach with a very central location. I can truly recommend it to anyone and hope to return some day!

Book With Confidence

We are just back from a perfect spring break at this wonderful apartment overlooking Cala Gran beach. Tomeu, the owner was extremely courteous and very helpful. We loved the bungalow which is quite traditional, very comfortable and has everything you need to self-cater plus extra touches such as a hair dryer, candles & playing cards The bed linen is wonderful and towels were changed mid week.

There was a big dish of home-grown lemons waiting for us which we used to make fresh lemonade.

It was too early in the season to swim but the pool looked fabulous and is quite large for an apartment block. The views over the pretty beach are great & the sea is an unbelievable shade of turquoise blue.

There is an adult only hotel directly opposite the bungalow but it hadn't opened yet so didn't impact on out stay. You are a very short walk from all that Cala D'Or has to offer.

I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great bungalow with fantastic local area

Our second time at this property. Enjoyed it just as much as the first time. (See my earlier review)

Our recent visit was out of season so was quieter than in August. This made a pleasant contrast. The weather was still good. Not all the restaurants were open but there were still plenty to choose from.

50 minute hassle free transfer from Palma airport (booked on line with Easy jet)

Tomeu the owner was as welcoming and as accommodating as ever.

Absolutely recommended. Great location for families.

Great apartment in fantastic location.

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Towels were replaced mid week. The location is fantastic with the terrace looking right over the beach. The pool was just below the terrace and was never crowded. The kids could go to the pool and we could sit and read on the terrace and still see them. The beach was clean and great for swimming. Boat trips leave daily from the bay to visit neighbouring islands and are not expensive.

The port is 15 minutes walk with an array of beautiful boats to look at. 5 minutes walk takes you into the town where there are a huge number of restaurants to choose from, doing local tapas as well as a variety of other things. We especially enjoyed a restaurant called Fernando's which was very close.

Directly opposite the apartment there is a spar store for wine, snacks etc.

We had a night flight home and the owner was very helpful and generous, allowing us to remain in the apartment until we left for the airport.

An ideal location for those wanting to relax with everything on the doorstep.

Absolutely recommend this property.

Nice bungalow located 10 meters from the Cala Gran Beach, very central and well connected, perfect for family vacations.

In only 100 meters you will find the best commercial zone of Cala D'Or (Arie Street - Tagomago Street - Boulevard Street), with many shops: fashion store, gift shop, shoes and accessories, supermarkets, sport, hair salons and banks.

In line with them you will find a series of pedestrian streets with many restaurants, tapas bars, pubs, cafeterias.

The Cala D'Or coast and it´s surroundings are formed by small coves of white sand and crystal waters.

In about 600 meters you will find the marina of Cala D'Or, one of the best ports on the island, with a large number of moors, and an important commercial zone. Of course, there are also restaurants. You can pass by the bordering boats, being able to see the most luxurious yachts and also the typical 'llaüts mallorquines'
