Location, Location, Location !!!!

My top floor apartment is located on the strip in Nueva Andalucia. Right downstairs you have a huge selection of bars, restaurants, night spots as well as supermarkets, shops etc. Fuente Aloha is a luxury upscale urbanization situated right next door to Aloha Gardens with a taxi rank and bus stop on the opposite pavement. You certainly won't need a car renting in this popular location.

The flat consists of 110m2 inside with two bedrooms (leading out to terrace) en suite, a large open plan living room and dining room and fully fitted kitchen including all appliances, tableware, Nespresso coffee machine. The big plus of this condo is the 100m2 outdoor terrace with dining table with six chairs, barbecue area, chill out zone and your very own private jacuzzi. The outdoor dining area gets all the afternoon and evening sunset making it a spectacular corner to enjoy sundowners whilst the barbecue gets going.

The flat is exquisitely furnished and decorated and has every extra that you may require from cooking utensils to beach towels. Included in the price is an underground parking space with lift straight up to the second and top floor.

The WIFI works very well and you can stream live TV channels or work online.

The indoor leisure centre includes a pool (heated in the cooler months), a gymnasium with professional machines (Technogym), sauna and steam room. The outdoor community swimming pool is stunning and equipped with comfortable sun loungers where you will be able to relax and sunbathe.

Fuente Aloha is very secure and we enjoy daytime concierge staff and night time security personnel who regularly patrol the urbanization. The community is protected by full time video surveillance, sensor lighting etc

We are surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Marbella all within walking distance including the now famous MOSH which offers the most amazing international cuisine and as the evening progresses morphs into a top class music and drinks venue.

There are also many bars within walking distance of Fuente Aloha varying from local Spanish tapas bars to world class cocktail bars. Puerto Banus is a two minute taxi drive away or a leisurely 15 minute walk. Our world class beaches on the golden mile with the most amazing beach restaurants and promenade are also within a few minutes drive away.

The KING SIZE bed can be divided into two single beds if necessary !!

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location, we particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the private balcony. There are lots of good restaurants & a mini market for supplies on the door step. We hired a car for the week but we also took taxi's into Puerto Banus a 5 min drive away to enjoy the evening atmosphere, food & cocktails of course! The taxi's were cheap about 5-6 Euros each way. Parking is expensive if your spending the day on the beach.

Paul & Michele were perfect hosts with good communication throughout & a generous welcome pack of fruit and wines. We would definitely book this apartment again.
