The second-floor apartment can be accessed by elevator or stairs: The open plan Lounge/ Kitchen/ Diner is furnished with a flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, DVD Player, chest of drawers, coffee table, fully fitted kitchen, including electric hob with extractor, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bedroom is equipped with a super king bed or 2 singles with en-suite shower room, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets with lights. The shower room has a shower, hand basin and toilet. The balcony has 2 chairs to enjoy views of the River Ness to the right, Inverness Castle and the city centre to the left.

A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, a car is not needed to explore the Highlands. There are bus routes through-out the Highlands and a bus station is within a 5-minute walk of the property. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

Please note - construction work is being carried out on Inverness Castle opposite the apartment between the hours of 8am – 8pm from August 2020.

Very central property, handy for everythinging.

Very handy for everything, garage entrance details, should be given on confirmation, as not easiest to find, but once in a great benefit. Overall excellent

Clean spacious and functional

A good central location to stay in Inverness. Difficult to find the access to the car park but it all worked eventually. Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Rather dark. View of castle only from the balcony. Bed not very comfortable but a good size. Cosy bathroom, could do with a hook to hang dressing gown. Everything worked and instructions were good.Very useful to have a car parking space in the basement but rather awkward to return keys and car park fob via the front door. Inverness is remarkably difficult to find your way around. One way system doesn't help. Pleasant walk by the river, Eden Arts Centre good, Culloden Visitor Centre excellent and Dunrobin Castle amazing, especially the falconry display. Scenery and views spectacular when the sun emerges between rain showers. Too windy for dolphins but enjoyed the walk along the beach at Rosemarkie to the lighthouse. People very courteous helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay- wonderful location

Spent 4 days at this comfortable, warm flat ( minus 6 temps) which was well equipped, stylish and centrally located.

Great location but place needs work

The location of the flat is stellar with easy walking access to everything. The external photo in the advertisement is misleading as there is not a river view from this unit unless you step out on the balcony. The kitchen is excellent and modern and the living area is comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom area are in need of work. There is mould on the shower tiles, the dresser basically fell apart and the carpeting in the bedroom area is old and tired. Overall, there is better value for the money in the area.
