A very well maintained artistically designed and comfortable double bedroom with luxurious shower/bathroom and open plan sitting /kitchen overlooking trees and gardens. The communal garden is also available to use : nice for a cup of tea on a summers day or a glass of wine in the evening.Also good for drying washing, when the weather is good.

This property is in a very desirable and convenient area for any couple wishing to enjoy all the amenities and activities available in London.

Why Annette Nix chose Belsize Park

I bought this property because of its perfect location. You are very near to transport links yet it feels out of the 'smoke' as here we are surrounded by trees and other lovely houses. It is a very attractive part of London and only takes 20-30 mins to get into the centre where all the theatres, art,shopping and cultural activities are. It is also near( 15-20 mins walk ) to the best park in London , Hampstead Heath , which is lovely as it is not manicured and you feel like you are walking in the countryside. I can still get lost, although I have been going there for 35 years!

Primrose Hill and Regents Park also very near ( 5mins) full of lovely cafes, bars , pubs and restaurants and boutique shops and the occasional celebrity !

What makes this apartment unique

Safe part of London and easy access to town: Brilliant location.Peaceful but still plenty to do nearby. Beautifully designed with its own character and very comfortable.

Camden Town with the market and the Roundhouse( Great music venue) just 10 mins walk. Everything is nearby literally.

Food shops, pubs, cafes bars 5 mins walk .

Annette has the cutest flat, the pictures do not do it justice. I was within walking distance of everything I could possible need. I hope she has space for me the next time I come to London because I definitely want to stay here again.

Pleasant and convenient

Location was great. Kitchen small but just adequate. Seating good for one but not more, comfortably. Aesthetic pleasant. I paid an additional 50 pounds for cleaning. I thought that was a lot. Overall - I would return.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Maybe the website does not state clearly enough that the cleaning fee of £50 is required . I will double check. I have never had any problems with previous visitors and have been renting out my property for some time. I am not sure if you are talking about my place or another as I definitely have room for more diners . My circular marble dining table is 1.20 m wide diameter and it has 4 chairs round it ! It is is the main photo incase anyone wants to check! I have had dinner parties for 6 people round the table! The kitchen is open plan . The flat is only suitable for 2 people , and may seem small to travellers from USA as I know homes tend to be larger there! Someone from Paris would think my flat very large! I hope you get a chance to return soon!

Casual garden living in the big city

Annette was a delightful host. Her rental was comfortable, well appointed and in a good location. You can expect to walk a little but, but we like to do that. Buses and the Underground are relatively convenient. We enjoyed being close to Regents Park where he view of London central is beautiful. There are many great restaurants and grocery stores and getting to the city proper is not inconvenient. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet lively. As we have been to London before, we liked staying in this hip, less city-like area.

We would have liked to have used the lovely garden and backyard but we didn't use it due to the cool weather. The flat is spacious, well lit, has good wifi and Cable TV was very good too. Enjoy!

Ideal flat for a London vacation

The flat is just as pretty as it looks in the pictures, comfortable, and with everything you need for a home-like stay. 5 minutes walk to Primrose Hill, or to the Chalk Farm tube station on the Northern line, which we used to get both to Hampstead and central London. Ideally located.

Perfect for Vacationers

Annette’s flat is perfectly located for vacationers. It’s in an upscale neighborhood near Camden Town, an easy walk to affordable ethnic restaurants, and a short tube ride to central London. The bed is huge, the kitchen well-equipped, and the dining area overlooks a beautiful garden. Reliable wi-fi saves on smartphone and computer charges. And the hostess responds quickly to questions and requests.

Great Flat!

We stayed a week in this very nice flat near Belsize Park. The neighborhood is upscale with nice shops and groceries. Unit is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The photographs are accurate and the amenities as described. Bed is comfortable, storage room adequate, bath clean. Walk to the tube is about 15 minutes with no more than 30 minutes to the City. Owner's instructions are helpful but we recommend becoming familiar with a combination washer-dryer and gas cooking before you arrive. Recommend taxi for luggage.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the kind review, however I would say the walk to the tube is no more than 8-10 mins and into the West End 20 mins if going to the theatre or Oxford street. The cooker is electric oven/grill and gas hob.

Car: not necessary

Fellows road is in a wonderful location near to Hampstead and all its amenities and the wonderful Heath for walks on a Sunday afternoon.

Primrose hill is 5 min walk with lovely shops and cafes, and bars and restaurants.

Chalk Farm and Belsize Park tubes are a 5-10 min walk from the flat.

Towards Camden you have the Roundhouse where live music concerts are held and the famous Camden Market. There are several cinemas in the near vicinity including Swiss Cottage, Camden and Belsize park and also Hampstead.

It takes less than 20 min on the tube to get into town and Oxford Street for shops galore and the West End where our fantastic theatres and restaurants and bars are. You are spoilt for choice in every way.
