Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are very few hotels on the island, so mainly private houses are rented out in the summer months. the island of Kea has kept its rugged charm and is a hidden gem in the cycladic islands.
The house is situated in the area of Mellisaki, 10 minutes by car from the Port of Korissia (dirt road). The property is in a small complex of 12 houses, each completely private and independent of each other, on the waterfront. To the side of the complex there are steps leading to a small private sandy beach.
The house has a private garden, from where one has a great sea view as well as amazing sunsets.
Description: On the raised ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. In the living room there is sofa bed, where a child can sleep. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, the bedroom leads on to a balcony which offers a fantastic sea view. On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with a large window and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside the living room there is a covered area (pergola), with a dining table for four people, two built in sofas with cushions and two sunbeds.
