ASHTREE HOUSE CHESTER is a bright & modern 2 bedroom semi detached holiday home with private driveway located in Hoole,on the edge of Chester City Centre, ASHTREE HOUSE CHESTER has been furnished with holidaymakers/corporate business travellers in mind & has everything you need for the perfect stay. The house is our holiday home, we find it is perfectly placed for visiting Chester, Chester Zoo, Chester racecourse & many other local attractions, exploring Wales & the Cheshire countryside is easy as it has great road/rail & public transport links.
ASHTREE HOUSE CHESTER offers ideal serviced accommodation for couples, families or people working in the area, it is located in a quiet cul de sac away from traffic noise. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and fitted wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes (with full length mirror), modern bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail and storage cabinet. The open plan living space is well equipped with tv/dvd player, free Wi-fi, Blue tooth hi-fi system, a selection of books and dvd's, two comfortable leather settees and dining table with 4 chairs. When you may not wish to dine in one of the many restaurants Chester has to offer the kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and has a table and four chairs and overlooks the enclosed rear garden.
There is a small front garden and a landscaped enclosed garden (with lockable gate) to the rear of the house where you will find a table and four chairs for al fresco dining.
There is a private driveway for parking at the house, Chester City Centre is just a short drive away, you can easily walk into Chester in approximately 20 minutes, buses run regularly from a bus stop nearby, the train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
The house is located in Hoole, locally known as 'NottingHoole' is the perfect place to stay for exploring the historic city of Chester, not only does it benefit from being close to Chester City Centre but Hoole is also a bustling and vibrant suburban village, filled with independent shops (local butchers, fishmongers etc), bars & restaurants, winning awards in the Great British High Street Competition. A few of our favourite places to go to in Hoole on an evening are The Lodge, The Faulkner, The Sticky Walnut, The Suburbs.
Nearby is a great park which offers children play facilities, bowling greens, tennis courts.
