Lovely quaint cottage. Amazing setting. Excellent hosts.
Thank you so much Tracey and Darran for making us feel so very welcome and at home. We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is delightful - beautifully clean and really cosy. The setting is just so lovely - little Stan was in his element and talked none stop about the chickens, fish, the games room, trampoline and his absolute most favourite feature - Poppie the dog - all our way home. Thank you Tracey for going that extra mile and making many happy memories for our Stan. We hope to book in again with you some time soon.X
Compact and Well-Appointed.
We had a lovely break in this little farm cottage. It offered everything we needed for a holiday base. Its position was ideal - close to main arterial routes yet secluded.
The facilities were good, including an excellent shower, however, the sofa in the living area could have been a bit more comfortable, especially after a day's walking.
A nice touch was the fresh eggs and milk that we found in the fridge on arrival.
We were made very welcome by the owners and their dog and it is very likely that we will stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.
Clean, friendly hosts, Peaceful.
Had a lovely couple of nights at the cottage. The hosts were friendly and the views are gorgeous.
Lovely little holiday cottage in beautiful surroundings
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the area, Tracey and Darren were very welcoming. The little cottage was fab, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We loved watching the chickens roam around the huge garden and my son enjoyed the space and all the toys on hand in the games room. I’m sure we’ll be back!
Beautiful cottage in a stunning setting
The cottage is just outside the beautiful village of Yoxall in lovely countryside surrounded by farms. It is very peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend it for a lovely relaxing holiday and a base for visiting the area. Would definitely return. Tracey and Darren are lovely hosts.
