Trifoglio House is a house surrounded by nature. It is part of a complex of three houses (Ciclamino House and Fiordaliso House). Each house is indipendent with its own outdoor space. They share the pool, the green space intone the pool and parking.
Trifoglio House is a small restored apartment (60 sqm) in the compliance with the rustic style, obtained from the processing of the ancient cellars of the property where they were kept wine and extra virgin olive oil.
The structural characteristics of a typical country village has been scrupulously maintained, creating a typical and unique atmosphere of the past.
The apartment is suitable for 5 people and consists in a living room with sofa bed, dining area and well fitted kitchenette , 2 bedroom and a very nice bathroom well finished, using bio-construction materials.
The living room still preserves 2 original wall stones recently restored and 2 stone arches complete its beauty.
One bedroom has a large double bed stanin wrought iron with hypoallergenic latex mattress and chestnut wooden furniture in the charming Lucchesian style of '900, with large bright windows opening to the beautiful panoramic view of the Lucchesian hills below. The second bedroom is a large and comfortable.
Belvedere is a beautifully restored farmhouse set in the stunning scenery of the hills between Lucca and Montecatini, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards with magnificent views over the countrysides below.
The property has 3 residential units: Ciclamino House (7 People), Fiordaliso House (5 people) and Trifoglio House (5 people).
Completely detached from other propriety this is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in peace and privacy.
The fenced garden over 3000sqm is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecues, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and garden furniture to enjoy the outdoor life to the full and certainly a swimming pool. The parking area for all the guests is within the grounds .
Following the Wine Street, where the property is placed, you'll discover antiques cellars, wineries and lovely restaurants, where you may taste the wine from the area, the famous olive oil and the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
TOURISTS ATTRACTIONS - surroundings: At 250m above the sea level, dominates the landscape of Lucca, San Gennaro, the pearl of the hills of Lucca. At only 14km away is Lucca well known by his medieval centre surrounded by an impressing fortification perfectly preserved,famous for its churches and important monuments, such as San Martino Cathedral, San Michele and San Frediano Churches, the Amphitheatre Square, Guinigi Tower and Torre delle Ore (with a wonderful view of Lucca's plain). The most important street of Lucca is called Via Fillungo, well known for its elegant shops. In Porta Giannotti, just inside the city centre it is possible to rent bicycles to ride around the walls (a track about 4 km long), among trees, green and ancient ruins.In September, Lucca hosts a village fair, and just outside the city centre you can find an amusement park.
