Rye, Battle, Hastings and the magnificent beaches of Camber Sands.
Historic Bodium Castle and the famous Gardens of Great Dixter House are only a 12 minute drive away.
Bedgebury forest for mountain biking trails, bewl water for sailing and of course the sea from Rye harbour and the many festivals that Hastings has to offer.
We are on the edge of the forests with many walks a short stroll from the property.
There are several good eating pubs and a Michelin star restaurant in the area.
local shop and a bakers are also within walking distance.
Access all areas, house sleeps eight, 3 double bedrooms, 2 which are ensuite and a twin room. Atached to the house is the annexe which is used for my storage and occasionally a friend stays, this will not effect your stay in any way.
I am on hand if you need anything during your stay and will pop up from time to time to check the hot tub.Generally the hot tub is available the day after you arrive due to cleaning.
The local train station at Robertsbridge offers direct links to London Charing Cross (1 hr 20 )
Being a rural location a car is essential throughout your stay.
