This 3 bedroom luxury Villa with pool on Krk Island, was built for the highest comfort and satisfaction one can imagine. But it is thoughtfully hidden in the walls, in the hundreds of years old wood on the terrace, under the bed covers, in the stone sink, full wood anywhere the eye will take you and beyond and last but not least in the Karma of the house. The owners built this house for their pleasure, so every single detail was thoroughly thought, tested in other houses of their and installed with such care and precision that nothing was left to chance.
The Villa is ready to be used all year round, with floor heating, pool, heated Jacuzzi, the best wall isolation there is (beside the 60 cm wall thickness). All the chill out spots are pre tested with shadow and timing in mind, for the morning coffee, afternoon lunch and evening BBQ. The smaller version of Bali house is there just to remind you that lying down and reading a book has never been a greater pleasure in life. Not to forget the Hugo drink or Aperol spritz, which are a must during the day...
Two families will find a perfect vacation spot here. There are three en suite bedrooms, one of them separated and with its own entrance for three people, one of them being a child room also for three, and the master bedroom with sea view from the balcony.
The pool is a self-cleaning, with counter flow for endless swimming. With its 32m2 and seating area in the corner, for hedonist mindsets, to drink a spritzer (white local wine and mineral water 1:1) while have a time of your life. Just remember to put the sunglasses on...
The terrace is laid out of the stone from Brac Island - world famous white stone. It has a large chill out area, roofed with the same wood and stone as the house is. No matter how strong the sun is, lunch at noon will always be a pleasant one. The kitchen is right at the entrance from this part of terrace. It has a stone sink and working area, rustic decor, wine cooler (with local wine ready for you), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher etc. The owners used this luxury villa for four years and they said it is time somebody else feel the joy and love of this house...
Summer kitchen is actually a huge BBQ area, with place for 20 guests, and with hedonist experience in mind. The kitchen is placed under the wooden construction which is 200 years old. Located behind the house and protected from the sun whole day long. It is a perfect place for the evening BBQ parties with local lamb chops and sea food bought from the fisherman that same morning in the bay under the house. The whole experience is just amazing.
There are two restaurants and a local store in a walking distance from this Villa on Krk Island. Both are a state of the art stone built old houses, with dynamic arrangement all around the property.
At one moment you are in the garden with natural shade and on the other you can enjoy your local cuisine on the stone terrace with a great view. They are both known for its local specialties, both one is particularly oriented in fresh homemade local food.
The island Krk is the island of beaches. There is so many of them, close and far from the Villa that we will have to cover them separately. The first one though is just 2 km from the villa, reachable by foot, bikes or a car if you feel like it. On the way you will enjoy the traditional stone houses, stone walls and vegetation on the way.
No other island beats Krk in the sports section. From hundreds of kilometers of mountain and road bike paths, to the ski lift, water trampolines, mountain hiking and so much more...
The Island of Krk offers many interesting beaches, with Baska beach also being one of the most beautiful beaches of Croatia. Beach areas ranges from fine or coarser pebbles, sandy beaches and also rocky beaches through to man-made paved bathing areas.
There are a few sandy beaches on the Krk Island as well as a beach in a large Soline bay known for its healing mud. Some beaches are in the secluded coves, accessible only by boat or sometimes by foot using the narrow pathways leading through island vegetation.
Many beaches are awarded with the Blue Flag award, which symbolises a cleanness of the sea and a safe and pleasant beach and holiday environment.
Most "wild" beaches do not have blue flag purely because they have not been tested, but the sea along these beaches is usually just as clear and clean as the organised beaches with the blue flag.
