This stylish one bedroomed apartment is situated in the gated complex Calablanca. The apartment is light and airy with an open plan lounge diner/kitchen with a large open terrace. There are communal gardens and a swimming pool. The complex is a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach town of La Cala which offers numerous bars and good quality restaurants. Golf courses near by. There is a leisure centre and supermarket on our doorstep. Everything you need is nearby with good transport links. The apartment is finished to a high standard and offers all amenities to ensure that guests comforts are met during their stay. All rooms have air conditioning/heating. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, also patio door out to the terrace. There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment with a flat screen TV showing all English channels. There is a fully fitted kitchen for the use of guests. The terrace is South facing and catches the sun throughout the day. There is a comfortable seating area to relax in the evening. Also there is outside dining table to enjoy your meals.There is a private underground parking space which is free to use if required leading to a lift up to the apartment. There is a door entry system in the apartment to operate the access doors. You can also access the apartment via two separate side gates which lead to the swimming pool/paddling pool area with toilets , changing facilities and gardens. The apartment is ideally located just of the main A-7 highway. There are numerous golf courses close by. A brand new health centre, sports complex and new Aldi supermarket on your doorstep. La Cala has a wonderful village atmosphere, there are many Top class restaurants (the renowned Olivia's and the Michelin starred Little Geranium ) and bars all within walking distance. A weekly market is held every Wednesday/Saturday. The long sand beaches are easily accessible with a boardwalk making a stroll along the shore very relaxing. There is a nice feel to the little village of La Cala which is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Bright, fresh and well furnished
Nice friendly welcome from Alan who talked us through everything we needed to know. Lots of little extra touches like beach towels and toiletries and a bottle of wine and beers. Very handy for shopping at Aldi and a stroll through to the centre of La Cala. Nicest place we have stayed so far. Would thoroughly recommend.

A clean, modern well equipped apartment within easy walking distance to La Cala center, beach and local buses. The balcony was large with a wide range of patio furniture and had sun for most of the day. The proximity of Aldi supermarket made shopping for food easy and stress free.
It was great to meet you both and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at our apartment and surrounding area.
