Villa with 4 sleeping rooms and 4 bathrooms astonished view to sea and valleys

Villa Estiù is built in 1987. It is a typical provencal building with a 3000sqm plot with old olive trees. The Villa and pool area is lying facing south, There is a wonderful view over the mountains/valleys and in bright days you can catch a glimpse of the Mediterranean sea. The Villa is lying calmly at the end of an asphalted road, 3 parking places on the ground . Petanque/ boule area as well. The pool is faced south and is secured by fence and cover, Service twice a week . Gardener as well.

The villa has electric heating, closed fireplace mrk Jøtul, separate dining room, salon, 4 sleeping rooms All with double beds. One of which is lying on the first floor with separate terrace and marvellous view. On this floor small office with Internet admission, wireless, free. In the ground floor 3 bed rooms with separate bath/toilet facilities. ,Kitschen with dish wascher, French cooker with gas/electricity, oven with grill . Separate room with washing maschine. NO EXTRA EXPENSES!
