2 bedroom / 2 full bath 1,500+ sq. ft apartment with views of the ocean and Heritage Park in exclusive Sunny Isles Beach.

This condo is across the street from the ocean, 5 minutes from Aventura mall, minutes away from restaurants, bars, hotels, and only a short drive to South Beach where all the nightclubs and bars are. Gulfstream casino is 10 minutes away and there are many shopping locations nearby from Best Buy and Target to the high end Bal Harbour shops.

Apartment is fully furnished and includes a kitchen, dining and living areas, 3 large walk in closets, 1 storage closet and a linen closet. There is a flat screen TV in the Living room, Guest bedroom, and Master bedroom.

Master bedroom includes a King bed that sleeps 2 + there is an additional futon for 1 guest. Room includes a vanity area, writing desk, and en suite bathroom with shower and tub. 2nd bedroom has 2 new Queen size beds for maximum comfort. Living room sofa has a pull out full size bed that can accommodate up to 2 people (or 1 very comfortably). Extremely spacious for 6 adults and 1 child.

The building charges a one time $40 Key Fob activation at check-in which gets you 2 waterproof key fobs for entry to building, gym, pool etc. and provides the convenience of being able to get wet at beach or pool. This is a single charge and not a per day charge.

Amazing Condo W/Great Views & Excellent Host!

This condo is located in an awesome upscale area right off of Collins Ave. directly across from a gorgeous beach. It was very spacious and well kept with amazing street & ocean views from dusk to dawn. Condo provides you with everything you need to have an enjoyable time at the beach from a beach umbrella, noodles, sand castle toys, floaties, beach chairs, and a wagon to haul it all with. Pool area is amazing where my kids spent most of their time & they have a wonderful gated park/splash park which is directly in front where you can just watch your kids from balcony if they're old enough to go alone. If you don't plan on going anywhere besides the condo & beach I would suggest you not waste money over a daily vehicle rental. David provides you with an app which is available to have groceries or even alcohol beverages delivered directly to your door (we used 3 times). We did use uber a couple of times it cost roughly $20 to go to South Beach location or $20 to Ft. Lauderdale Airport and $5 to the mall. If you do plan on having a vehicle they provide a parking spot in their parking garage which is included. They are big on security and you have to wear a bracelet the entire time there and carry around a FOB that allows you entry to pool area and in and out gate and front door areas.

Above all David was an amazing host and responds back promptly to any questions you have. We had a few minor issues which he was able to solve immediately, he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice location in upscale area directly across from the beach on Collins Ave.

Condo was very well kept with beautiful street/Ocean view from Balcony.

Very spacious, stayed with family of 5 and we had plenty of room.

Owner was a pleasure to rent from and made sure we got in without an issue.

A quick tip for parking is once your in to walk up not down and enter the building through the 4th floor and take elevator, in the room in no time.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent Apartment and Excellent Owner!!!

First and most impressive is Owner! David was so helpful and nice throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us .

Apartment is at nice location with stunning views. Specially, you should see in the night with lights on from those buildings and Sunrise time. The apartment is very clean well equipped.

The beach was a short walk across the property. See the pic, I will upload shortly, uploaded with Early Morning view from Patio.

We had an amazing time in this place, all my friends loved it. Next visit here will be for sure in the same place!
