Carolyn and I are both retired and love to travel. Both Carolyn and I were Accountants. I am a retired self employed Tax Accountant and Financial Consultant. Carolyn worked in government for over 30 years. We enjoy sharing our home with others. This was our primary home for over 20 years. It has recently been completely renovated and fully furnished. The fact that we are retired, he have the time to make sure that our guest are comfortable in our home and enjoy their stay with us.
Nile Vincent purchased this House in 1978
Why Nile Vincent chose Mid-City District
My home is located in Mid City, close to all major attractions. My neighbors are all home owners. They have respect for our neighborhood and each other. I lived in that community for a long time. It is safe, clean and off from the avenues. The street that my home is on is only one block long. It is like a small community.
What makes this House unique
My home is very Unique. It has a very large deck 20x20, a large yard and patio, and it also has a front porch to sit and relax. The size of my home is over 2900 sq ft and offers lots of space for the guest. There is a very large family room, dinning room, living room, and office. I have 5 TV's throughout the house and highspeed WiFi..

LOVED THE HOUSE
Extremely easy check in and check out. Tons of space. A really cute home!
The house was very nice and located in a quite peaceful neighbor. Was in a very good location to get back and forth to the convention center without too much traffic. House was just like the pictures online. The property owner was very helpful before & during the stay if we needed anything. Great experience for my first time in Louisiana
The house as well as the renters were wonderful.
Exactly as advertised
House and location was exactly as advertised. Nile was great, calling us to make sure everything was good, and answered the phone whenever we called with minor questions.
Perfect spot for a girls weekend at Jazz Fest. It's about a 15 minute walk there, and house was clean and comfortable. No complaints!
A jewel of a place near City Park
Our family of 8 stayed at this charming, roomy home in early April 2018. After many busy days out in the Big Easy, it was so comfy spending the evenings together in the family room chatting and playing games. The accommodations were ample, with four well designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that proved to be sufficient for a crowd our size. Nile was very helpful and provided many insights about where to eat, shop and distances to NoLa's many offerings. Was a fantastic time and we will remember it all, especially the World War II Museum, a MUST SEE!!
