3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment directly facing the sea front

Spacious family apartment in a fabulous location on the beach front, near the Plaza de Torreon. Fantastic sea views. NEW AIR CON SYSTEM (cools in Summer, warms in Winter) installed in lounge and all bedrooms. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 adults in two doubles and up to 2 children one twin room. There are two bathrooms, including the en-suite to the master bedroom, both have shower cubicles. There's a 21" flat screen TV with UK channels and a DVD player. Vodafone high speed internet, and a range of books available to read. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. La Cala's restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour and supermarkets are all only a minute or two away, as is the new 5k La Cala beach boardwalk trail. Spend the day on the beach and lunch in the beach bars or pop back to the apartment to refresh and take a siesta. Enjoy watching ‘the world go by’ from the balcony and see the sunset over the Med. There are numerous golf courses within a few km. Strictly non smokers or pets.

About Chris Trickett

We are brother and sister (in our 50's now!). Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and lives in Leicester and Jo is a Headteacher living in Wiltshire. With various commitments we don't get down to La Cala as often as we would like, so we have decided to make the apartment available for rental for the first time

Why Chris Trickett chose La Cala de Mijas

Our parents fell in love with La Cala 35 years ago when they stumbled across this hidden gem on a camping holiday. They purchased a holiday home in the area the following year and relocated twice until they realised their dream of owning a beachfront property in the heart of the village.

What makes this apartment unique

Everything is on your doorstep, you can stay for weeks without needing to leave the village. Our property manager lives locally and is on hand to deal with any issues

Great location , great view , like being at home everything in flat that u need ,spotlessly clean , we will probably have a week here every year as we love it so much

We had a lovely time although weather wasn’t very good for the first five days. The apartment was very clean and quite well furnished. It is very close to numerous restaurants so in general very convenient.

A lovely welcoming property in the heart of La Cala.

We really enjoyed our time at the property, finding it to be very clean, welcoming and ideally situated to the waterfront, walking distance to cafes, shops, bars and the promenade.

Rooms were of a good size, there was plenty of hot water. Appliances were all there for a convenient stay. The only recommendation that we could make would be to provide a better quality of utensils and a few extra items of crockery. We have since booked to go again next year!

Excellent location, lovely balcony with great view.

Very well equipped & spacious apartment in a great location. The village has plenty of bars, restaurants & supermarkets. The walk along the seafront is lovely & the balcony of the apartment is great to sip a drink & watch the world go by. We had a great time in this lovely apartment & look forward to returning. The owner was helpful & everything was as described.
