Located in the quiet San Bernardo and very centrally located to the city center, Santa Cruz, Buhaira and Maria Luisa park. everything within a short walking distance. The apartment easily accommodates 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms with glass walls with rain shower, regular shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel plus plenty of clean towels. At 5 minutes walk you will find train, tram, bus and metro station San Bernardo. Apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction, Nespresso machine and kettle.

This is a beautiful apartment close to many historical attractions. Highly recommend!

This two bedroom, 2 bath apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an 8 night stay. Walking distance to many historical attractions. The owners provide a number of personal items such as handsoaps,shampoo, laundry soap. The washing machine is very convenient for doing laundry.

Beautiful, comfortable property

Our time in Sevilla was fantastic but much too short. The apartment was impeccable and very comfortable for our family of four. It would be great for a longer stay too. We really enjoyed the Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations and processions. It meant a lot of people but worth the experience. Our host was incredibly accommodating and helpful with recommendations for activities, sights and restaurants. He made our visit an immersion into Sevilla culture.

One of the nicest and cleanest apartments we have stayed in

Beautiful clean and functional apartment that has been thoroughly modernized.

Not the usual short-stay apartment (either the owner lives there and it is full of clutter or they don't live there and don't spend more than the absolute minimum to maintain). This apartment has space, light (lots of windows), excellent air conditioning and is nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms and kitchen are functional and stylish.

Very safe, easy walk to the main attractions, very helpful neighbor and host, and a very enjoyable place to stay.

I highly recommend this apartment and will certainly stay there the next time we are in Sevilla.
