I rent this apartment of 2 rooms of 61 m2 for 3 people. It is in a supervised residence day and night. This residence is facing the sea.

It is in a monitored residence facing the sea. Available in the complex: 2 pools, reception, restaurant, spa, fitness, games for children and adults, etc.

We go every year from mid October to the end of March. During this period we rent the apartment only 1 or 2 (see 3) weeks during the first quarter. During this rental, we will even visit Thailand. We will be there to welcome you, present you the apartment, the residence, the city and answer all your questions.
From April to October, we rent without limit of duration.
The site is very quiet and all happiness as the Thai people are friendly, helpful and the country so beautiful.

Appartement très agréable et bien placé

Nous avons passés 10 jours très agréables dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. On voit que l'appartement est d'abord la résidence saisonnière des propriétaires, plutôt qu'un logement destiné à la location. La plage très confortable, équipée de bains de soleil, est juste au bout de la résidence, et des restaurants proposant une grande variété de plats à des prix raisonnables sont aussi disponibles sur place. La résidence possède aussi 2 Piscines très bien entretenues. Le personnel de la résidence est très efficace et sympathique, et les propriétaires très accueillants. Un très bon endroit pour profiter du climat et de l’accueil de la Thaïlande, en ayant tous les services sur place ou à proximité, et sans être dans la foule de certains autres sites touristiques.
