Coniston Number 9 is a delightful single-storey detached lodge situated on White Cross Bay holiday park, close to Troutbeck Bridge and Windermere. This lodge sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite shower, a twin and a bunk room, together with a bathroom. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's a raised decked area with furniture and barbecue, off road parking for two cars and a number of on-site leisure facilities. Coniston Number 9 is a charming family base. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Raised decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area on site. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Electric fire in the sitting room is a display only. Note: There are five steps to the front door. Note: Due to the location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Lake on-site so children to be supervised at all times. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge.
