This property with plenty of natural light offers 2 large double bedrooms of equal size, a fully fitted kitchen with W/M and dishwasher, new bathroom; new separate WC, reception with digital TV. Very clean, bright, sunny and spacious. located near Restaurants, pubs, grocery? Next to Hoxton Market

24/7 heating and hot water, once a week cleaner and all taxes included in the price. The flat is on the 7th floor of a popular high rise building with 2 lift and with a wonderful view.

Shoreditch, the City Center of London is a residential and business mixed area in the centre of London/ Zone 1. Old Street under/over ground, famous Brick Lane, Hoxton Square and Hoxton Market is just around the corner.

You will be spoiled for choices with a wide variety of Cafe's, bars, shops, markets and restaurants. Area has been made a hit by well behaved, highly educated arty types, musicians and designers. So many bars and clubs have sprung up. Therefore is noisy. However being on the 7th floor and double glazing helps with the noise . Still some may needs earplug to sleep.

We are on the border of the "City," the previous long standing business hub of London. The City of London is a city and county that contains the historic centre and the primary central business district (CBD) of London. It constituted most of London from its settlement by the Romans in the 1st century AD to the Middle Ages". Therefore the Tower Bridge and Tower of London is also close by...

Within the last 15 years the area of Shoreditch , where we are based, become the hit of London. Therefore, though there is no many hotels, Private short lets has increased alot. The demand to the area is high therefore Hotels investors also started to come to the area. We are next to the Express Holliday Inn hotel on old street, EC1

West End is easily accessible by tubes as well as by buses. Old Street Station is 1-minute walk away. Moorgate Station to the West, Liverpool Street Station to the North East are between 7 to 10 minutes’ walk. If you prefer hop on nearby number 55 and 8 bus to reach world-class Oxford Street shopping and Trafalgar Square. it is in 10 to 15 minutes ride. Spitalfields Market, packed with boutiques and stalls, is 10 minutes' walk. Tate Modern gallery is 15 minutes by Tube. Catch a concerts at Barbican Arts Center which is also a 10-minute walk from the property.

Late check in fee is £30.00 if checked in out of office hours. It is £60 after 12 midnight.

Perfect location to experience the city

My kids and I came to London for 4 days, 3 nights. We wanted to do some of the traditional "touristy" things, but mostly we wanted to wander around and eat in new places, and see new things. That's exactly what we got! The building itself is very quiet. There is quite a bit of street noise, but I was able to correct that issue (even for a child with sensory issues) with a white noise app on my phone. Easy peasy. And watching the people mill around on the streets gave us a feel for London that we could never have gotten in a hotel. We had an amazing time And were very happy, not only with the flat but also with the wonderful personal service we got when we got lost checking in. I couldn't have asked for better!

Excelland Location- Great for value

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect in my opinion, and it being on the 7th floor only made it better. The appartment was a great place to stay in, furnished in a simple way but yet fresh and clean with all supplies that you could wish for. That it's very noisy with the street sounds (probably due to thin walls) is difficult to do anything about, but in fact I like the city alarm. My friend was sensitive to noise so found it difficult to sleep without earplugs though, but he didn't complain too much about it. But it's good to know that this is a noisy area, especially during the weekends, but I love it, so that's a matter of taste. Communication with Maria went perfectly well and she was very flexible! Had no problem at all..

Very noisy area

only had hot water once. The beds were very hard and totally uncomfortable. The surrounding area was extremely noisy, and street noises kept us up for several nights. I would not recommend or stay here again.

This is Central London!.. who ever read this please read the other reviews as well before deciding Usually there is 24/07 hot water in this flat. You could have told me that there was no hot water. You did not told me until your last day and until I asked you. if you told me I could have deal with it strait away. The beds are medium soft orthopaedic..You are the first to say that they were not comfortable. In my adv. I have mentioned about the area being vibrant and so is noisy. One can not get everything they wish in Central London, Very clean flat in very good Location with excellent transport facilities especially in Zone 1 of C. London with that price. The Area is no different then Cavent Garden of London, Santa Maria of Madrid, Latin quarter of Paris, Plato of Attina or Centre of Salvador in Brazil.. Next time you should go to out of central London or spend min £300 per night Kind regards Maria

Excellent location! , Very Clean!

We stayed in this apartment for a week, and I have to say that it was perfect. The distribution of the flat is awesome for a family or a group of friends. The location is ideal, few minutes away from any London highlight by tube. The flat was neat and clean, exactly as it looks in the pictures. I have nothing negative to say about it, I can only recommend it!
