This lovely villa, is ideally situated, for the local beaches, restaurants and bars , yet is only a short flat walk to the centre of Moraira along the coast road. It has been thoroughly renovated and is maintained to a very high standard .

The Villa which has advantage of all-day sun has had much TLC and lots of investment spent on bringing the place up to the highest standard.

It has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen ideal for Alfresco eating .
The new owner intends letting it to discerning people who are looking for a high degree of comfort, space and convenience.

The Villa is in a very quiet road, with private parking and just 150 meters from the sea and with a wonderful sea view from the pool terrace, main bedroom and sun terrace.

There are plenty of local bars & restaurants with an easy short walk.

It is a short 10 minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the lovely picturesque non commercial town of Moraira with its plethora of shops, boutiques and excellent restaurants.

Moraira is an hour's drive from Alicante Airport and slightly more to Valencia.

It has the advantage of fast speed Fibre optics internet bringing 1000 Mb/s bringing TV for the UK and other countries

A Great place for a holiday.

This a lovely villa, with spectacular views of the sea. the nearest beach is rocky but great for snorkelling or jumping off the rocks if you are brave enough. The property has everything anyone will need in a home away from home, The pool is fantastic and whilst we were there, despite not being heated, was like a warm bath. The garden is well maintained with beautiful palm trees giving some shade during the day. Everything was efficiently managed by Ray and Barry.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful holiday here, Ray and Barry are perfect hosts and the villa felt like a home from home. We’ve stayed in many villas over the 15 years we’ve been visiting Moraira and this rates #1 for comfort and location. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, great views and great hosts

We chose Tesoro Grande for the location and the owners. The villa is well equipped and feels more like a home than a rental property. Often the pictures showing a property are misleading and the villa is not as nice in real life, this is not the case with Tesoro Grande, as it lives up to the photos and more. The location of this villa is ideal for a holiday, great views and close to many very good restaurants ,bars and small beaches. The centre of Moraira is only a nice 20 minute walk away. Having stayed in a villa Managed by Ray and Barry previously, we knew the quality and attention to detail would be exceptional . They were very helpful and attentive (when contacted). Exceptional and very professional hosts. Looking forward to our next visit to Moraira

Perfect property in a beautiful part of Spain.

This is the second time we have booked a property managed by Ray & Barry in Moraira. As before everything was perfect. From initial contact through to arriving home, Ray & Barry have been very helpful, friendly and professional. The villa exceeded our expectations. As several people have said, the pictures really don't do it justice, especially of the view which is just stunning. You actually have a sea view from the bed in the main downstairs bedroom. The villa has a perfect layout with access to the pool terrace from the main bedroom and it is huge, there were only 2 of us but it would easily accommodate 8+ people in comfort. It was clean and nicely furnished and the location is ideal. The pool is a lovely size and there are several different seating areas in addition to the 8 sun beds - giving you the option of being in or out of the sun at any time of the day. It is literally a 2 minute walk down to the nearest beach bars and restaurants and a pleasant 20 minute stroll into Moraira. There is one short steep hill from the main road up to the villa but apart from that the walk in to and back from Moraira is level with bars and restaurants on the way. We really can't speak highly enough of the villa, Ray & Barry's service and Moraira itself. We can't wait to go back.
