Beautiful cottage surrounded with stunning scenery

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is an absolute delight. Spotlessly clean and absolutely everything you could possibly need for enjoying a self catering holiday. High quality furnishings and each room had been carefully colour coordinated. Cannot speak too highly of the accommodation.

Home from Home

The cottage had every thing needed for a pleasant and comfortable holiday, it is clean and well presented with modern up to date furniture.

The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, lovely walks and waterfalls, and within travelling distance to many historical attractions.

Be aware that the roads in the area are narrow and twisty, but don't be put off by this as the scenery is worth the visit.

Very comfortable and clean

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't fault this property - very comfortable and clean with good facilities. Very pleasant sitting on the patio in the evening sun.

Very quiet location. Recommend The Keld Lodge for eating out. We stayed over a bank holiday and everywhere in Swaledale seemed to be booked up for evening food with Kirkby Stephens and Hawes being the nearest place to get supplies.

Wild, peaceful and remote.

Delightful cottage embedded in the hillside. Wildlife coming right up to the sitting room window. Great walks, waterfalls and pubs close by.
