Our renovated small apartment (approx 32 sq m) gives you a comfortable stay in a great location. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the small local beach or down to the bustling port. An easy 20 minute stroll will take you into the atmospheric old town with various bars, restaurants and shopping. Close by you can buy provisions at a large supermarket and it is conveniently on a local bus route if that suits you best. There is a double bed with generous wardrobe hanging and drawer capacity in the first room. We have The White Company bed linen. The open living space has a galley kitchen,sitting area and out on to the balcony with a contemporary wicker dining set. The kitchen has many utensils and is well equipped with smart cutlery and crockery. Heating and comfort cooling is by air-con plus convector. From the ground floor the apartment is accessed by three lifts.There is good WiFi and a DVD player with TV. There is a communal pool and car park space.
Transfer costs through our local agent TLC, can easily be arranged. Out of normal working hours there will be a surcharge and you are advised to speak to them to confirm this additional cost.
