Bungalow per staccare dal caos

  • 5 of 5

Grazie

STAY AT loch lomond

  • 1 of 5

A cosy cabin set in scenic surrounds

  • 4 of 5

Arisaig is an excellent place to stay for a few days. Mallaig and surrounding area well worth visiting, as are the small islands(Eigg and Muck) for a day trip. No complaints about the quality or cleanliness of the accommodation. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2/3 children. Good sheltered beaches 10 minutes walk away though sea is very cold. Electricity provided on a meter so take £1 & £2 pound coins. No WIFI and TV reception has poor signal and very small TV which you wont need unless weather is poor. Two good eating places in Arisaig, 'the old library' restaurant and the Arisaig hotel which are at most 2 miles away and there is a well stocked SPAR shop for essential food items. Well worth a visit for up to but no more than a week.

The cottage was in a beautiful location with excellent views offering easy access to Arisaig, Mallaig, and the surrounding Islands. The cottage itself had plenty of room for my family of 6 and the owners were very helpful in giving us some ideas on what to do in the area. I would definitely stay again with my family. You do need to bring lots of pound coins for the electricity meter though.
