St Bernard is a spacious detached property on the outskirts of Horndean in Hampshire and can sleep six people in three double bedrooms. The accommodation is set over four levels with two of the bedrooms being on the first floor along with a family bathroom and a double bedrom is also located on the lower ground floor accessed by an internal spiral staircase. A shower room is also on the ground floor. The well-equipped spacious kitchen features a range cooker and American style fridge/freezer. The sitting room has a dining area and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. St Bernard will make an excellent base for exploring this lovely area. Amenities: Calor gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Futon Bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture, front enclosed paved area. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to numerous stairs inside and out and a spiral staircase, this property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and children who may need to be supervised. Note: The rooms on the lower ground floor have limited natural light and can be accessed via external stairs. Note: The property is on a private water supply. Note: Due to the waste unit, bleach and antibacterial products must not be used and no unacceptable products to be disposed of in the WC. Note: There is a very steep hill leading up to the lane. Note: The kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor are separated by 6 internal steps and the lower ground floor has steps between the rooms, therefore care to be taken throughout.
