Large Pool and Garden View, 5 mins walk to Arenal beach, restaurants and bars.

South facing apartment, 1st floor, overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens and large communal swimming pool in one of the best locations in Javea – Golden Beaches 11, Costa Blanca, Spain.

Only five minutes walk to the popular blue flag family beach area 'Arenal' and a huge variety of restaurants and boutique shops. Everything in walking distance including shops and supermarket. The apartment is in a perfect location for easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and even the supermarket. Everything is really on the door step but the apartment is still peaceful and quite.

Each room has hot and cold air conditioning and the lounge and master bedroom have full height patio doors leading out onto the balcony area.

Three bedrooms:

One master double room with a dressing area, full length wardrobes, bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Patio doors onto large sunny balcony area. Hot and cold air conditioning.

Two further bedrooms:

Bedroom two with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom three, bunk beds and built in wardrobes. Hot and cold air conditioning.

Large family bathroom – double shower and toilet.

Fully kitted kitchen for self catering and a separate utility area for washing/drying with sink, washing machine and clothes line. Dishwasher and large Fridge / freezer.

Large, bright, airy open plan lounge and dinning area, double sofas and large family oak dinning table. SKY TV – iPod speakers. Complimentary wifi in apartment. Double patio doors leading onto large balcony overlooking the large communal swimming pool and beautiful garden. Many books and games. Hot and cold air conditioning.

Stairs or lift to the first floor apartment and one allocated underground car parking space with lift access to apartment.

JAVEA: Set within a delightful area of the Costa Blanca, Javea or Xabia has the advantage of truly having something for everyone. Whether it is a relaxing beach holiday, a walking or cycling holiday in the surrounding low mountains, a diving or golfing holiday or even a base to explore the regions of Valencia or Alicante, the interior of Spain, or hop on the fast ferries out of Denia to places further a field such as Ibiza or even Majorca.

There is the historic Valencia city which can easily be visited in a day or even stay over and watch a football match in the evening after a long day looking at the sites historic and modern, or shopping along the busy high street.

Locally you can play tennis at the world ranking David Ferrer Tennis Club, book yourself onto a diving course and visit the protected marine area between Javea and Denia. Or even join the locals and go fishing for the day.

Play Golf at the Javea course or La Sella a 15 minute drive away or visit several courses in the Benidorm area (30 minute drive) or take a day out and travel up the the coast to Valencia for golf.

Cycling is a huge passion in Javea – with local agents setting up tours and top quality road and mountain bikes for hire. World class tracks a short ride away within the mountains.

About Bonita

We both live a busy life just outside of London so to escape to Javea (Xabia) is a real treat and we fill very priviledged to own such a wonderful property in a great location. We use the property several times throughout the year and always find some undiscovered food, or walk. Javea is full of surprises and truly has something to offer whatever time of year you go.

Bonita purchased this apartment in 2006

Why Bonita chose Jávea

Having picked this property from plan we could see from the local developers that it was a well built and a stylish modern apartment set within a well maintained and 'exclusive' community. Some people live here all year round, some rent out their properties and like us, some use it has a holiday home and rental.

What makes this apartment unique

We felt we had the perfect position within the complex. Overlooking the pool but not on top of everything. The sun shines in the winter onto the balcony, in the summer we are protected from the mid afternoon sun which is a welcome break. Well built modern, airy apartment _ perfect for a holiday. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully fitted for self catering holidays. We like to decorate and update the apartment regularly so it always seems 'new' and doesn't look tried at all. Within five minutes you are in the busy arenal area for the superb beach and good quality restaurants offering many different dinning choices. If you wish for a more active holiday then why not climb the imposing Mongo mountain or head to the low mountains for a gentle walk or organised trek within the national parks. Cycling is of the highest standard with many 'tour' riders choosing Javea as their Winter training base. The local tennis club is owned by David Ferrer the top ten tennis player - coaching can be arranged at the club or just a game of tennis on one of the many courts available for hire. All in all our apartment is ideally located and furnished to provide a wonderful holiday that will be fondly remembered for years to come.

2 families shared a wonderful experience in Javea. It is a delightful holiday town and the apartment makes it even better. Great location, clean and tidy and the kitchen equipment is great for us chefs too _ we even made a paella.

Bathroom two is easily accessible from bedrooms one or two. It is tiled from floor to ceiling with large double shower basin area. Shelves and shaving power points and mirror.

  • Bedroom One has a dressing area and a separate bathroom and shower located off of the large spacious lounge. The bedroom has full sized patio doors that lead onto the sunny balcony. It has Laura Ashley furniture and bedding and pretty light weight curtains for privacy. Along with air conditioning (hot and cold) this room really is very comfortable for the duration of your stay. Bedrooms Two and Three both have built in wardrobes and air-conditioning, they are furnished tastefully with clean crisp white bedding with a splash of blue. The pretty third bedroom has a smaller area with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a hallway leading to a large shower room and toilet.

The end of terrace apartment is on the first floor within a secure enclosed small modern complex. It is accessible by lift or stairs from the ground floor or from the underground garage. Overlooking beautiful gardens, with lawn and pretty flower beds, with pond, sun shades and large communal swimming pool with shower and palm trees. Easy walking distance (5 minute stroll) to Javea Arenal main beach and restaurants. There is a small supermarket just outside the complex so everything is on your doorstep. Once you arrive you don’t need to drive anywhere. All guests have commented on the perfect location, the cleanness of the apartment and the pretty setting overlooking the garden and pool area. We do get many returning clients too. And we find the apartment does suit people of many age groups as does Javea.

Lovely, well positioned airy property...

We have been staying in Javea for over ten years and this apartment was amongst the best. It was very clean, well resourced (although a microwave would have been handy), well positioned looking over the clean and well kept pool and well maintained gardens and ticked all the boxes for us (2 adults and 3 children - 15, 13 and 7). The aircon was effective (not always the case) and was handy to have wifi and British TV (particularly in an Olympic year!). The location was first class with easy access to the beach (about 5-10 minutes walk), supermarkets (British and Spanish) and getting in and out of Javea. The owner was very good at coming back to us when we had questions and making sure everything was ok. Would recommend this apartment, particularly to families.

We have been going to Javea for over 30 years and have stayed in many apartments. We are a family of five with three children (7,12 &14) - everyone loved this apartment. Well looked after flat and complex. Ideal location, adjacent to a great supermarket and also worth mentioning the bus which runs to the port and old town stops almost right outside the flat.

The flats is a good size with great comforts including sky tv, a great collection of books, DVDs and beach equipment and the all important air con.

Owner's Response: Thank you, the Smart TV with unlimited wi fi seems to be very popular this year with our guests. We didn't know about the bus stopping outside for the port, so we will look into that and use it ourselves as we love eating down the port in the summer.

This was a beautiful apartment, definitely home from home! Very clean and well maintained. It overlooked the swimming pool and gardens which was lovely. Pool wasn't very busy which was really nice. Perfect holiday apartment

A really lovely three bedroom apartment,very clean and well furnished with air conditioning and shutters to keep you cool.All very secure and well maintained.Nice large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. .A very well stocked supermarket next door to the entrance.The location is a short walk to the Arenal Beach with some nice restaurants and bars and a lovely beach.The port and old town are also nice places to visit for a meal and a stroll.The pool area at the apartment is spacious no sunbeds which is a bonus as it was never too busy and you do not encounter people taking them for the day!There are sunshades and grassy areas to sit on.We had a lovely time and certainly hope to return.Bonita the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had.

We are a five minute stroll from the beautiful Arenal sandy beach and restaurant area (blue flag accredited), which is suitable for families or couples of all ages.

Next to our complex is a supermarket, we have a large communal swimming pool with surrounding gardens featuring tropical palms and pretty mediterranean flowers. There are numerous sun shades to escape the mid-day sun too.

If you need a break from the arenal beach or the swimming pool then why not walk along the coast to Javea’s small, pretty port which is still an active fishing area with regular boats bringing the catch of the day in. There are numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the crystal waters of the sea and the pebble beaches. This area has numerous shops, some independent, selling anything from household goods to womens fashion items. You can catch a leisure boat around the lighthouse to Denia, where there is some good shops, restaurants and sporting activities.

In Javea port you will find the bike rental shop, which is a firm favourite – the conditions around Javea are idea for mountain or road bikes alike. The same area is ideal walking too, whatever your standard, the Mongo being the big challenge to all walkers.

wi fi and Sky tv is complimentary and the service is at the owners digression. The deposit of £100 is returned in full if once inspected everything is left as it was found and no excessive cleaner above and abound has been needed. If the departure is not adhered too then a fee of £20.00 for each hour will be deducted from the security deposit. Any breakages must be reported to owner.
