Freeway access is only 2 minutes away, conveniently accessing downtown Salt Lake City in only 10 minutes and 7 world class ski resorts including Park City within just half hour!
Though many modern updates have been added, this charming 3 bed, 1 bath early 20th century bungalow still retains many of the features and character of its time. Many rooms in this rare open floor plan are separated only by custom cut archways, french, and arch style doors. Although the HVAC system has been converted to a modern forced air system, the space still contains the original radiators that have been converted to shelves to retain their distinctive charm.
This space consists of the main level of a multi-family home. The home has all of the amenities and features that you'll need to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances & utensils that you'll need during your stay and the dining room table will comfortably seat 6 to 8 people.
There are 2 TVs in the house (65" in the family room and 24" in the master bedroom) complete with:
cable tv,
Netflix/Hulu
blue-ray player,
high-speed wifi internet access.
All linens, towels, etc. are provided and extra amenities include:
off-street parking,
washer/dryer and
a pool table and dart board to boot.
A selection of DVDs, books and boardgames is also provided.
This is my home which I live in for part of the year so I try to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. Smoke of any kind has no problem traveling into the other units and disturbing the people who stay there.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to all of the main floor, backyard, down stairs laundry room and driveway. The laundry room and side entrance is shared with a guest who stays downstairs. However, this space does have its own private entrances at the front door and one other entrance after entering the side of the house from the outside.
The Neighborhood
During your stay in this charming Sugar House Bungalow, you'll find that Sugar House and its surrounding neighborhoods are head and shoulders above the rest. Sugar House properties are some of the oldest in the Salt Lake Valley and its the styles of these homes that make the Sugar House area so unique. In fact, This Old House magazine says it's one of the best old-home neighborhoods in the U.S. Besides the great houses and charm, the proximity of the area to Salt Lake City attractions is what makes Sugar House so desirable.

Getting Around
It certainly doesn't hurt to have your own vehicle to get to where you want to go but if you don't, this property is conveniently located within walking distance to all the finest shopping, dining, and nightlife spots that Sugar House has to offer. And if your destination is too far to walk, you can catch a city bus less than a block away or hop on the city light rail system less than a half mile away!
House Rules
As mentioned earlier, there is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the property.
There are no pets allowed and please bare in mind that there are guests who stay below in the basement level who keep things pretty quiet so please be conscious of appropriate noise levels at the appropriate times. The laundry facilities are shared with one other guest who stays down stairs so please remove your laundry as soon as it has finished its cycle and to prevent stains on the carpet, please remove your shoes before entering carpeted portion of the home.
