Parque Santiago II is a haven of apartments situated on the sea. All amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. This spacious apartment is on the ground floor and overlooking the pool. This is accessed via the private terrace. The terrace is from early morning into the sun until late afternoon. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (room for two persons and room for three people) and a bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom for two people (with safe, washing machine) has a large terrace with 2 loungers. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a bath. The lower level consists of a fitted kitchen, including oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer. There is also an ironing board and iron available. The living and dining room has a Satellite TV, video and radio. The complex has a snack bar serving drinks and meals are served from 9-7 in the evening.

Parque Santiago II is a private peaceful 'oasis' of apartments perfectly situated right on the oceanfront. It commands an enviable beachfront position between Las Americas and Los Cristianos, ideally situated close to all amenities. This spacious apartment is on the ground floor and occupies a poolside position-which is accessed by the private garden terrace-which is sun filled until late in the day. Accommodation includes 2 twin bedded bedrooms and bathroom to the 1st floor. The main bedroom has a large terrace with patio furniture. Both have ample wardrobes, one with free safety deposit box. The main bathroom has bath with overhead shower as well as seperate shower. Down Stairs is a fully equipped kitchen-including oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. There is ook an iron and ironing board. A large living room and dining area How many followers has Satellite TV, video and radio. The complex has a poolside snack bar serving drinks and meals from 9-7pm.

Coast / Beach:

Immediately out of the private gates of Parque Santiago II is the wide palm lined promenade How many followers and flat leads to a choice of either volcanic or golden sandy beaches. Walking along the promenade Los Cristianos is only a 15 minute walk and a lovely walk too.

All local amenities are only outside the complex-including shops restaurants, supermarkets, bars and banks. The nightlife of Playa de Las Americas is 10 minutes walk away.

Tenerife Reina Sofia (TFS) airport is a mere 12 minute taxi ride away, and yet at Parque Santiago II you never see or hear an aircraft. Local buses can be caught just outside the complex How many followers go all over the island regularly.

Further details:

A great selection of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. There is a well stocked supermarket on site Which stays open until 9. 30pm and a large supermarket just outside. A wide range of activities, cycling, sea activities, fishing, boat and bus trips, the Opera House with casino and a lovely crazy golf course are all nearby. A game of bowls or is only minutes away in a taxi at Golf Del Sur as are a selection of golf courses. The water park, go-carting, safari can be Reached within 20 minutes.

Ferry services to the other Canary Islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro are available from Los Cristianos.

Will go again ....

Nice, clean apartment in a clean and peaceful complex, with a pool bar serving good food provided by a friendly staff. Apartment is 2 minutes walk from the sea front and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely go again.

Couldn't ask for more 'Perfect'

We arrived to this clean, spacious lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly need on your holiday was available and lots of little extras like fishing nets, cling film, beach towels, I could go on!!! The complex is peaceful and kept to a high standard in an perfect location. Excellent communication with owners. We would definitely return.

A stunning apartment

The apartment was brilliant, perfect location near everything. Clean & Tidy!

Good communication with the owners when booking & in collecting the key.

But as we was there for 10 days after the first 4/5 days the pool closed & was drained. So you couldn't go in the pool or sunbathe around the pool as work men was there.

This should have been something that we should have been informed about really as for the last 5/6 we didn't have a pool to use. Not only that but the maintenance was extremely loud from really early in the morning till late in the afternoon.

The pool bar & shop also closed during this time too. I understand we went late on in the year (November) but we still should have been pre warned as we didn't know and it was a shock to us when the pool just closed for the duration of our holiday.

You also have to pay for the Sun beds around the pool everyday per person, which wasn't a problem but again if we had just been pre warned it would have been nice.

Overall our stay was good but we feel we should have been told about the things I have mentioned above.
