Luxury penthouse air conditioned apartment in the Aparthotel Jacaranda on the exclusive La Sella complex. The complex was completed in 2007 and the apartment is brand new, built and furnished to an extremely high standard. The apartment has two bedrooms with an ensuite shower room to the master. There is a separate bathroom, kitchen, lounge diner and large terrace which offers spectacular views from the balcony across the golf course, Mt Montgo and the Mediterranean Sea. Covered parking is provided and the complex offers a concierge and security gates to the entrance of the apartments.

Quiet apartment with stunning views

Having stayed in the La Sella area on many occasions we knew of the Jacaranda Apartments. We particularly wanted the fabulous views and this apartment didn't disappoint. One of its features is that it is the last apartment - this gives a greater sense of privacy than if you are in the middle of the development.

Apartment is fresh and clean, air conditioning in the lounge - would have been more useful in the bedroom rather than lounge as we tended to spend time either on the balcony or down on the stunning beach near Denia which is a 10 minute drive away. The restaurant on the La Sella development is better than it has ever been and offers great food at great value.

All in all a successful week away

Perfect last minute getaway for the family!

We spent a wonderful week in Jacaranda and the holiday ticked all the boxes for our family of five. Apartment is smart, modern and very comfortable. The views are fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool during the day and ambling around Denia in the evening. Highly recommended for a recharge!

Lovely apartment with amazing view

This was a last minute holiday for us and I must say that Graham was very prompt with all communication and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious with air conditioning and wifi. The real beauty of this apartment though is the large, private balcony and the stunning views that it offers (We had an amazing view of thunderstorms over the mountain tops one night!).

The complex itself has a good sized swimming pool and is a really good base for exploring. There is a supermarket 5 minutes drive away and there is plenty of coastline to explore. On the complex some of the apartments are privately owned and we found that all of the residents were very friendly including the complex 'president' David who was really helpful with any questions and queries.

Overall we had an amazing holiday and will definitely be going back. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Relaxing Getaway with a View

The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities required. We found the location relaxing and peaceful, and easily connected to some exciting nearby towns.

The apartment was plentiful boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a real plus for even just the two of us! It was very clean throughout and not only the apartment but the complex was maintained to a high standard.

Often we found ourselves one of a few by the pool which was enjoyable. A car is a must for this properties location but it was great to not be in the hustle and bustle.

We will definately be recommending this apartment to our friends and will look at visiting again soon!

Ten day stay at Pedruguer near Denia

We stayed at the apartment in May and had a very enjoyable holiday. You can reach the sea by car in about 15 mins alternatively you can go inland up into the hills and the beautiful Jalon Valley. The views were spectacular and although the balcony faced north east there was plenty of sun but not at the hottest part of the day. Parking was easy right under the apartment which is reached by one flight of steps. The property was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable, The only downside was the English TV reception which was poor when it became dark but I think that is the result of the area not the TV.

There was a comprehensive guide to the area and local restaurants,

The pool was just about warm enough and hardly used when we were there and would obviously warm up later in the year. It too was very clean and the whole complex was well tended and seemed very secure as you needed a key to open the gate. It is up quite a hill and you definately need a car to reach the nearest supermarket. There is an English supermarket near the entrace where the owners are very helpful and bake cakes! We did not think much of the supermarket on the complex as the people were rude. We will certainly recommemd the apartment to our friends.

Stayed one week in Sept, excellent place. A little out of the way so you'll need a car, but quiet, fantastic views and often the pool area (23m!) to ourselves. Appartment big enough for 4, so plenty of room for the 2 of us. Two bathrooms a big plus. Seating and dining areas a good size. Lovely terrace with sun in the morning and late evening.

La Sella is situated midway between Alicante and Valencia on the fringes of the Montgo national reserve. It is a prestigious development of villas and townhouses next to the Olazabal designed 27 hole championship golf course. There is access to tennis, horse riding, swimming and mountain biking. There are spectacular views from the balcony overlooking the golf course, Mt Montgo and the Mediterranean Sea. Bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy are nearby. Also close by is the 5* Marriott Hotel with its top quality restaurant and spa and indoor pools. The lively town of Denia with its beautiful beaches and water sports are 10 mins drive away and has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. A 20 minute drive will bring you to the picturesque town of Javea with its lovely beach, port, Old Town, and restaurants.
