This stunning, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of the beautiful Masia del Arenal gated and secure complex just 5 minute stroll to the main sandy Arenal beach of Javea. The complex is built to a very high standard with a beautiful communal pool and lawned gardens. Located on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the pool the apartment is bright and sunny and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It consists of a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further spacious double bedroom, a third bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with enough space for a kitchen table and there is a separate utility room. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with UK TV and free WIFI and patio doors to a large south east facing terrace so it has ample sun. Both the lounge and the terrace have table and chairs for indoor and outdoor dining. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout.

Located just a five minute walking distance to the main sandy Arenal Beach of Javea with it's fantastic choice of water-sports, bars, restaurants, night clubs, live music venues and parks.

Entertainment and leisure activities:-

Discotheque, bars and restaurants within 750 meters of the apartment but no noise from any of these reaches the apartment

Sports in the area include tennis, hiking, mountain-biking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, diving, snorkelling, surfing, water-skiing, windsurfing, jet-ski hire and boat hire

There is golf and horse riding within 10 km of the apartment

The Arenal beach has sun beds, coconut umbrellas, volley ball nets, children's climbing frames, children's parks and football goal posts. There is an array of activities available from the beach including jet ski hire, boat hire, pedalos, canoes and paddle boarding. The beach is suburb for children as it is shallow for quite away when initially entering the water. In the summer there are artisan market stalls at night so it is lovely to wander along the sea-front browsing the stalls or to sit in a bar or restaurant and "people watch".

Once you are in Javea a car is not essential. The Arenal beach is a 6 minute walk away (500m), and the port of Javea a 30 minute walk away. The walk to the port is stunning alongside the Mediterranean sea with all the "Chiringuito" beach bars in the summer.

The old town of Javea, steeped in history, has white washed buildings, quaint cobbled streets, boutique shops, tapas bars and a weekly market. It is a 10 minute drive or a 30 minute walk for the enthusiast. Alternatively there is a regular bus service that runs in a constant circular route from the Arenal Beach to Javea Port and then to the Old Town. ( Every half hour in peak season, every hour out of season). Javea has an excellent taxi service.

Fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months.

Nearby areas of interest & tourist attractions: The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, sandy beach with fresh water stream and rock pools, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock', jutting out of the sea, Benissa, Teulada and Gata de Gorgos with its traditional basket ware and gift shops.

Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a themed swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

For the golf enthusiast: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of Golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 Holes.

I feel in love with Javea from the moment I arrived. Such a cosmoploitan area with a fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife and a mixture of both modern and traditional Spain. This property is a home from home. It is spacious and comfortable which was perfect for myself and my two daughters. The complex is stunning with a beautiful pool and as quite a few Spanish from Madrid own apartments on this complex they only visit a couple of times a year so it is never crowded. It is peaceful and yet a stone's throw from the main life of the resort of Javea.

What makes this apartment unique

I love the fact that the apartment is south facing so is always bright and sunny. The terrace looks over the pool so it is lovely to sit and relax and people watch. Located only 750 meters from the beach and main walkway of shops, bars and restaurants we love to walk out and soak up the atmosphere with no need to worry about having a car.

Lovely complex spacious apartment

The apartment is a good size very clean and well equipped good size balcony with pool view the pool is lovely, grounds are kept very clean nice gardens etc - location is good just a short walk to the beach and restaurants the old town is a 30 min stroll The complex is very safe gated and quiet. The only downside is the lack of poolside chairs/loungers there was only one in the apartment we were told they would be provided as there aren’t any around the pool

Overall a lovely holiday

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely complex, very handy for the beach and restaurants.

Only drawback was the resident in the apartment below who did cause us an uncomfortable few encounters, and would put us off renting the property again. Lovely pool area.

Javea 3 Bedroom appartment

Well, firstly, one of the few painless booking processes I have ever done! Secondly, we have stayed at plenty of other agents villas over the years in Spain, France and Portugal, it's very rare to arrive, find everything as described and as per the photos. This was the exception, exactly as described, photos were identical to the property. Very well located within a short walk, maybe 7-9mins from the main beach and bars, restaurants etc. Ideally, you would need a car or use the bus to get to the supermarkets, a bit of a long walk in the heat otherwise. The pool was brilliant, groundsmen kept the place very tidy as well. Garden area was also nice, with plenty of shady spots, the only thing missing was some sun loungers or poolside chairs! The Balcony was lovely for evening meals and breakfast and the sun canopy sheltered us from the sun. This apartment complex seemed to mainly be Spanish or French owned. So at the time, we went on 14th July it was pretty quiet. The pool area was deserted every day from around 1:30 till 4:30. There was never an occasion where I would have said the pool was "busy". The aircon was also a godsend with the average temperature been around 32 most days. It only took 10 mins to cool the whole apartment down for us. The underground parking also was good, aside from security it kept the car cool. Beds were all comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets etc available. All in all very good, well maintained, lots of plates, utensils etc to hand, we would definitely go again. If you book via H&A and Jacqui is your agent she was brilliant. Really helpful
