Beautiful quaint countryside cottage
This cottage is very cozy quaint and has all you need for your stay in Wales . Andrew was available if we had any needs .There is a lovely garden to sit outside and watch the birds . One of our favorite things was to go for a walk down where the sheep were grazing . Andrew was kind enough to leave us some welsh cakes . There is also a washer and dryer to use . We stayed for three days and toured a waterfall Pystyll Raedar and hiked around the area . The welsh countryside was one of my my favorite parts of our 16 day trip .
Great cottage, everything you would want and more.
Beautiful place, and countryside. Plenty to do, if you like driving through country lanes. Great views.
In one word “Fantastic”

Very peaceful and beautiful views...
Lovely cottage just as described in the description... very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the sheep! Great hosts who are available if you need but also allow you to get on with your holiday... thanks for a lovely stay! Would like to return again :)
Idyllic cottage with stunning views
A beautiful, compact cottage in peaceful surroundings, it is both equipped to a very pleasing standard and spotlessly clean. Little welcoming touches such as a vase of fresh flowers, Welsh cakes, milk and bottled water were much appreciated. As our stay was blessed with very sunny weather, we were able to sit outside, spotting butterflies in the well-stocked garden and generally absorbing nature. (There is a choice of seating areas inc. a canopied patio). Beds were very comfortable, ensuring uninterrupted sleep. All in all, a good location for local walks and trips to Oswestry, Chirk Castle, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall; we enjoyed all of these during a three-night stay. Would return and definitely recommend to family/friends. Thank you to Andrew and Fiona.
Glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the kind words.
Outstanding place to stay
The pictures do not tell the full story, we arrived to be extremely pleased with what we found, the cottage has been build and finished to a very high standard, and was spotlessly clean. It is well equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay, the milk in fridge was great to make a cuppa after the journey and we settled in immediately. There was a nice selection of brochures and maps enabling use to plan our day trips. Andrew and Fiona, the owners, introduced themselves and were on hand to answer any queries. It was like home from home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for anyone who wants a bolt hole to use as a base to visit a lovely part of the country, there is so much to do and visit close by.
Hope to return soon
So glad you enjoyed your stay. Andrew
