About David Lightfoot
We have spent many enjoyable holidays at our bungalow in Cornwall, especially now that retirement gives us more time. Our three grown up daughters and their families have happy memories of their stays in the bungalow and always look forward to visiting. We usually stay out of the main season when the park is quiet. Our families visit in the school holidays when there is a fuller programme of activities in operation. Over the years we have got to know the area well. In particular, we enjoy walking on the coast path with its spectacular scenery and stunning views. On our visits we make sure that the bungalow is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is important to us that our guests enjoy our bungalow as much as we do.
David Lightfoot purchased this Bungalow in 2004
Why David Lightfoot chose Saint Tudy
We have always enjoyed holidays in Cornwall with its distinctive, rugged coastline, its sandy beaches and its legends and history. From the moment we drove up the long, woodland approach to Hengar Manor Country Park, we knew that this would be an ideal place to buy a holiday bungalow. We would have somewhere of our own to stay that would be a perfect location from which we could discover more of Cornwall. In addition, we wanted a place where our daughters and their families could stay for a holiday. The bungalow is suitable accommodation for them to use the Country Park facilities and be within easy reach of the coast and other places of interest.

The bungalow was exactly as described. Clean comfortable and in a nice quiet location on the site
Overall it was a great place to stay. Well located for touring the area and in beautiful grounds surrounding the Manor House. Well appointed inside with all you need for a comfortable stay. A bedside light in the twin bedded room would be useful for reading in bed at night. Would not hesitate to return there again or to recommend it to others.
The bungalow is compact but has everything you need. A quiet time of the year so a real haven
We enjoyed a few days at this lovely bungalow sited on Hengar Manor. It was well equipped and located in a quiet area. We would highly recommend this little gem
