Let the house be looked after by a maid who is never very far away! For your security, the secluded villa is fully alarmed. Keep yourselves fit by jogging on the beach or playing tennis nearby. Fancy a ride? The horse riding school is just round the corner, likewise a Vale do Lobo Royal golf course!

This is our second time at Villa Núria. A modern house with all the commodities in a quiet neighborhood, well located, 5 minutes from nice beaches, supermarkets, top restaurants, beautiful golf courses... We'll be back again next year.
The Villa is superb - kitted out for families and or friends - well maintained and cared for - it's in a super location less than 5minutes drive to the beach or Quinta shopping centre. We love staying here - it's home from home ..
Excellent villa in Golden Triangle between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Ample space for big family or even 2 families. 5 good sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) with either shower (3) or tab - all with toilette. Well working cable TV with local, english and overseas channels. Kitchen well equipped incl. breakfast table for 6. Electrical equipment (cooker incl oven, and fridge incl defroster) is state of the art and working well.
Living room consists of dining area and lounge with cable TV

Owner family maintains the property in excellent condition. Inside and outside.
Nice swimming pool (ca. 8x4m) and big size garden with all day sun. Gardener cleans pool daily and thoroughly.
BBQ and evening sun on back terrace with outside table for 8 persons.

Warm welcome by property manager Yulia and husband. Welcome package inside fridge with drinks (water, beer), Property Manager can give you excellent hints for local restaurants and hot spots.
Short distances to nearby beaches (Ancao, Vale Do Lobo, Quinta do Lago). Supermarkets (Pingo Doce is now less than 0.5miles from property at gate entrance to Vale do Lobo), Lidl (close to Quarteira, 3 miles from property, Pingo Doce hypermarket in Almancil (4 miles), and Apolonia in Almancil (4 miles).
NIght life in Vale do Lobo with plenty of restaurants or Quinta do Lago (Bouganville Plaza with bars, restaurants, shops).
We have been in this villa for several years now and will come back whenever time allows.

Villa - Fantastic. Ample space for our party of 4 adults and 5 young children. Layout is excellent with good sized rooms and plenty of seating areas,sunbeds.
Communication with owner Karim & property manager Cedalia is fantastic.
Pool - Gorgeous. Just the right size, warms up quickly once you're in! Pool is cleaned/maintained daily.
Gardens - Lush & well kept, plenty of space.
Golf courses - Looked amazing but didn't use!
Arrival - We were met on arrival by property manager Cedalian who was very friendly and on call during our stay.
Cleaners - Came in daily, Towels and linen changed weekly (towels were not changed daily as advert states)
Beaches - Vale do Lobo has shops (pricey) & restaurants, beach is clean but beach is not flat, sea has great waves! Vale do Garrao beach was our favourite, water sports readily available with fantastic restaurants serving food with great atmosphere. Be warned although they are 'beach' restaurants - wooden shacks etc, some don't take cards, toilet roll in bins not down the loo and they are expensive but worth it!
To use this villa as a base for surrounding areas is great, a car is required (although we ended up cancelling our car hire as EuropCar had no childrens car seats to hire, they suggested we bought them from a supermarket!) so we used taxis which were fantastic and probably saved us a fortune compared to the cost of car hire. It is a 20min walk (no pavement) to Quinta do Lago shopping centre. Good food, chemist, shops, supermarket.
Another supermarket & medical centre in the other direction again a 20 min walk. I don't think it is possible to walk to a beach. Best supermarket is Apolonia in Amancil - look out for the wine tasting!
Only improvement would be a welcome pack on arrival with essentials such as a Pint of Milk & Tea or Coffee.

Interior da casa com muito espaço, bons quartos, sala, tendo já TV por Cabo e WI-FI.
Tanto o proprietário como quem nos recebe são muitos prestáveis e de fácil comunicação.
Located in the Golden triangle opposite a nature reserve and 2-5 minutes drive to Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, world famous golf courses and resorts, the villa is ideally located for a happy, private and convenient stay. The local beach and shopping is also less than 5 minutes drive, and under 15 minute walk! The Forum shopping centre at Faro is 10-15 minutes drive. The furthest places of interest are typically 15-20 minutes drive, including the famous Villamoura marina. Those who enjoy sports will be delighted with the 5-minute walk to the horse riding school and the nearby tennis courts!
