Casa Naranja is an officially Registered Tourist Property in the Alicante region, number VT444780-A. The villa is part of a small urbanisation on the edge of the old and charming village of Busot. Naranja or orange comes from all the orange details that the house has acquired from the awning to the cushions, a bit of a theme!

My rental rates are currently held for 2019 while Spanish hotel prices rise with the huge popularity of holidays in Spain. Casa Naranja continues to improve, new beds last year and with additional terrace space, we now have a small flower garden which has survived the summer heat!
My representative in Busot is Sally who lives and works in the village and is a fountain of local knowledge. Sally will welcome you, introduce you to the house and be nearby for any questions that you have during your stay. Sally can organise the loan (small charge) of cots with suitable bedding or high chairs if you have very small children or babies. Sally can even shop for food for you if you are arriving late although we also provide a small Welcome Pack of bread, milk etc for that first breakfast! She is also the local hairdresser, 'The Salon' is just up the road.
The nearest small shop and several bars are 400m away with the old village being about a kilometre away and wonderful beaches, just 10 minutes drive by car. Hiring or bringing a car is highly recommended for complete freedom to explore this scenic area and essential if you want to shop in the nearest supermarkets, also 10 minutes drive away. Car parking is always available and detailed driving directions are provided, we haven't lost anybody yet!

The house living space totals 94 square metres. A beautiful and well maintained community Pool and Jacuzzi is located just behind the house. Enjoy the mountain views from the large terrace while dining outside! A solarium at first floor level with even better views and sun-loungers is accessible from the master bedroom and the upper hall. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a desk computer with web cam and Wi-Fi coverage throughout. All rooms are fitted with high quality Panasonic Air Conditioning providing heating or cooling as required by the season. This is my lovely second home, my base is in Portsmouth, UK, so it is unlikely that we will meet although I will be very pleased to answer all questions via email or chat to you via Skype video call at an agreed time. I have owned the house for over six years and welcomed many personal guests, we have enjoyed some great times. Now the house has to earn its keep as we say. This has been a new venture for me to be a host, it has been joyful to receive so many five star reviews from rental guests over the last three years.
With high running costs in Spain, the lower Winter rates expected are not viable for short stays and so a minimum stay of 14 nights applies for some of this winter 2017/18. The Christmas/New Year period is still available when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
