This “Penthouse” property is one of only 16 modern newly built apartments, built to very high specifications and standards, with all the ultra mod cons you could ask for. The apartment offers plenty of living space with its light and airy open plan walk through lounge, heading towards the kitchen and dining room, leading onto a sunny terrace, with awning, which overlooks the pool. The terrace leads you onto the large roof top solarium featuring the Rattan corner sofa and chairs, a Pagoda, a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ, all overlooking the pool and garden area.


The property is situated within 700 metres of the safe sandy beaches of the ultra desirable Mar Menor, in San Pedro Del Pinatar, which also boasts 325 sunshine days a year. The apartment is just a short walk to a choice of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, the marina, and town centre.


The Mar Menor is the largest sea water lagoon in Europe & widely regarded as having some of the best sandy beaches in Spain with a near perfect all year climate, this is a very desirable quality location indeed. About Raymond Halliday

Hi All. I'm Ray, I'm 62 years of age and I live in the lovely city of York in the UK. I'm married to Jo and have two children and three grandchildren and we, as a family, try to get out to the apartment, at least once a year. I was a civil servant for 39 years prior to retiring and now hope to spend some time in the healthy and beautiful area of San Pedro Del Pinatar. My hobbies are football, cricket, horse racing and golf.

A wonderful stay

My Husband & I have just returned from our first visit to this fantastic apartment and it will not be our last ! . The apartment is everything it says it is, modern,large,well equipped ,clean & comfortable with a fantastic rooftop solarium . It is a short walk away from clean scenic beaches which have stunning views of the La Manga strip - a perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the sun, there are numerous shops and restaurants nearby. All in all a superb apartment in a fantastic location which we would have in recommending.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was just what we needed, clean, fresh, bright and very modern. Nice location a lot of work going on around at the moment which wasn't a problem to us. We are cyclists and did a lot of riding around the area and further afield easily. Shops require a walk unless you have a car or bikes. Definitely Recommended.

I was a little surprised that you didn't find the many shops, bars and restaurants which are less than a 10 min walk away, and the market which is only 5 minutes away. A bright and fresh penthouse apartment was what greeted us upon our arrival exactly as described.

My family and i wanted a short break away from work and Raymond Halliday (the owner) accommodated our dates very well.

We took the option of meet and greet at the airport which was great and saved us the hassle of finding the apartment in the dark.

It was clean and tidy with ample room for 5 adults ,the roof terrace is massive and with a bbq up there it was happy days.

Locally there are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute stroll as we chose not to have a car.

The pool area was very clean and well maintained so overall a good holiday.

My summary of this apartment is Try it you will not be disappointed.

Great family holiday

My husband, 1 year old son and I stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week in September. We found the apartment to be clean and modern with all the facilities on hand for a lovely holiday. The size of the apartment is the first thing that hits you. Two spacious bed and bathrooms with all towels provided. I found that I have never slept so well, and the shower was to die for. The ultra modern kitchen matched all our needs, although we tended to eat out a mostly, although at times it was difficult prizeing my husband away from the TV watching his beloved football. The solarium was huge, and from it you had views of the mountains and La Manga Strip. It was nicely furnished with sun loungers, chairs, sofa, table and a BBQ. The pool was fantastic. It was shallow enough for our son to wade through the water supervised by my husband, whilst at the same time the adults had plenty of room in which to swim.

The surrounding areas of San Pedro/Lo Pagan were a great surprise to us as we had never been to Murcia before. The beaches were outstanding, and it was great to see our son play, for the first time, in the calm waters of the Mar Menor, and using a bucket and spade. We decided to embrace the local culture and ate the Spanish way. We loved it and can't wait to try more as the food was delicious. It was nice, on an evening, to have a quiet drink by the seafront, overlooking the Mar Menor viewing the La Manga Strip. Sheer bliss and a great time to relax watching the sun go down.

This holiday, for us, was the real Spain. My family loved it and we can't wait to return next year to the same apartment.

Beautiful clean tranquil apartment

We stayed at the appartment 5th September . From the initial booking Raymond kept us informed and we had a quick and easy handover with Aron with the keys to the property . The appartment was very cleN and beautifully equipped with all medern appliances . There was not a kettle but that wasn't a problem and there was some building work in a adjacent appartment but it didn't really disturb our holiday . The pool was clean and quiet and a lovely area to to relax along with our roof terrace and BBQ . The resort was quiet and we were a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach . Overall lovely appartment and and would highly recommend

Nice quiet place

Nice new apartment in a quiet area, perfect air conditioning and good internet connection, the community was nice, and the pool was perfect and relaxed. We only miss a coffe machine or a kettle.
