A very cute & comfortabe Cottage in a wonderful Cotswolds village. The owner is a sweetheart.
To continue. It is fun to walk the village and don’t miss the local pub, The Freshford Inn. Good food and good cameraderie. Be sure to make a reservation.
Cozy and Comfortable
We loved our week at The White Hart Cottage. Finella has a lovely property that is clean and comfortable. She is a wonderful hostess who provided a generous welcome basket to get us started. As she lives nearby we met her several times and she was always concerned with our comfort and well being. Cottage was clean, modern and well stocked. Parking was very close. Nice linens, shower, and comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in this lovely cottage with our two teenage children. It was so clean, well appointed and charming. Freshford is very quiet but the Inn is wonderful and we really appreciated fenellas provided some essential groceries and her delicious jam! Highly recommend renting bikes and biking along the canal. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!
Great place to be
A very nice and cosy cottage, clean, complete and everything is covered for guests. The location, a few miles outside of Bath, is perfect. You can go to Bath bij car, but you can also take the bus, busstop is across the road. Or you can explore the English countryside, with a nice walk in de neighboorhood, and take a beer in the Freshford Inn.
Beautiful. Comfortable. Hosts are terrific. Freshford is charming and you’re ideally situated to. Bath and Bradford. Fabulous spot and terrific stay. Thank you.
A very sweet cottage in a lovely village
We had a lovely time in Freshford and adored Fenella's cottage. It's well designed, beautiful, and there's a sense of comfort in the place - both in the design, and in the details. I loved the back garden, and my son loved playing in it both mornings. We had our breakfast on the deck and truly felt a million miles from everything, while still having the comforts and convenience of home. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the shower and bathroom are nice. We appreciated having a washer/dyer in the middle of our vacation. Fenella left a lovely hamper of things to welcome us as well, full of tasty treats and lovingly chosen items.
I loved the area and village around White Hart Cottage. Walking to the Inn at Freshford was enchanting, and the food was delicious. We loved the Galleries cafe down the street, too.
Thank you for the lovely time :) I hope we can come back someday.
