Outdoors offers many terraces, a lovely front garden with sea views, swing seat, cabana, small lawn and climbing frame. A Pool area with large heated pool, (heating included all year round ) automatic pool cover, BBQ area, outside dining , sundeck, lounge area and table tennis. Drive way with gate and parking for 1/2 cars.

The villa has three floors-

The top floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite and a double/twin bedroom with ensuite including a bath, both having access to terraces with amazing sea views.

The middle floor offers an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar, utility area, bathroom and a double bedroom. Most rooms on this level have lovely sea views from the sea views. The middle floor also has access to the front garden.

The lower floor offers 1 double bedroom, with a dressing room and an ensuite. Another bedroom with 2 or 4 single beds and a further bathroom, second lounge/ games room and second kitchen. this floor allows multiple family groups to stay and families to have their own space.
also please ask if you would like to go over occupancy for children, we have additional fold out single mattresses and cots. there are small additional charges per person for going over occupancy.

The villa also has IPTV, Netflix, Prime Y-tube two large flat screen televisions, wireless internet, wireless printer, portable boss speakers.

The villa also has a lot of baby/toddler equipment; a buggy, stair gates, bed guards, pool safety cover, baby food processor, video baby monitor, steriliser, toys etc.

The villa also has use of an excellent British nanny with 20 years nannying experience and fantastic references, she is available at extra cost for evening babysitting and or daily nannying. We can help arrange many services for you including: Airport transfers, shopping, chef services, boat trips, beauty treatments, babysitting etc.

We can be flexible on change over day.

Please note that check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is before 10am on day of departure. Subject to availability early check-in or late check-out may be available for a charge of €150 payable locally.

Nearest bank, pharmacy are 5-10 mins drive away in San Jose, there is also a larger supermarket here.

The new highly efficient pool heater means the pool heating works all year round, even Christmas. It is included in the price from April 1st -Nov 1st and the christmas holidays for stays of 7 nights or more. For other times and shorter stays please enquire.
