Our lovely 3 bedroom privately owned apartment in the exclusive Bellresguard development which is located just a minutes walk from the famous Pine Walk, running alongside one of the most beautiful sandy bays in the Mediterranean to the charming seaside town of Puerto Pollensa with its family friendly restaurants, bars and amenities.
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating throughout and electric fans are also provided. The property has a large balcony, off the living room and directly overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens below.
The kitchen/dining and lounge area are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a separate utility room with washing machine and large sink for washing sandy clothes and swim wear. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa for rest and relaxation. There is a built in security safety box in the lounge.
There are table and chairs on the balcony along with a retractable awning. And highlight of the apartment is sole access to the stunning large roof terrace that enjoys both sea and mountain views.
The balcony is ideal for relaxing breakfasts and the roof terrace for evening meals watching the sun set. There is use of a shared child friendly 3 tier swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers provided.
Our apartment is in an elevated position at the rear of the Bellresguard development so it is one of only a few apartments that offer both panoramic sea and mountain views and being at the rear is in a quiet location..The roof terrace is 75 square meters and benefits from a built in BBQ, washbasin, there is an outside shower and garden area. There are several sun loungers, wooden table, wooden chairs under a pagola with retractable screening. The roof terrace is for sole use of our guests.
The three bedrooms are comfortable, with two having direct views over the pool and sun terrace. The rooms have shutters, when closed, these provide 'black out' facility in the rooms themselves. The shutters also provide an additional security function to the apartment.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. there is a build in wardrobe in the bedroom, bedside tables and bedside lights.
The second bedroom also overlooking the pool has twin beds which can be pushed together to give a double size bed it has built in wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lights.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and built in wardrobe, we have provided some coat hangers for you use. This room overlooks the rear of the development
The second and third bedrooms share the bathroom with shower off the inner hall.
There is ample free car parking available at short walk on a side street adjacent to the apartment building.
At the front of the development is Store Fermentor a mini-market/cafe/deli that serves a range of meals, including great breakfasts - also fresh bread, croissant, coffee, ice cream, soft drinks, wine and beers are available.
