Situated in St Jeannet, next to Vence,and 15 m from Nice Air port, amidst the renowned golden triangle of the Cote D'Azur, in the south of France,

This large 200 sqm superbly furnished villa (recently renovated and up graded) accommodates 6 person and has 3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, dining room, large lounge with fire place, American kitchen with dining facility for 7 p, A terrace with dining space for 8 persons with a stunning 180 degree sea view from east to west, pool, sun deck, and the sea.

Surrounded by nature in a conservation area, the villa offers total privacy and quietness, located only 1,5 km from the local village of St Jeannet and 6 km from Vence and St Paul de Vence. 15 minutes to Nice International Air Port and the sea. 20 min to Nice or Cannes.

The property has WIFI internet access included in the weekly rate

Near to Golf & winter sport and the sea: The Villa is situated very close to some popular Ski resorts, like Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg, only 1- 1, 5 hour away by Car. The resorts are normally open from December to April. You could practice swimming, golfing and skiing in one and the same day

Check in saturdays -Check out-Saturday: Check in betwen 4 - 8 .pm and check out before 10 am, Saturdays unless otherwise agreed.

Fortunate to spend two weeks at villa

First thing you notice is how well cared for property is like a painting with manicured gardens, flowers and herbs in window boxes. Love the modern amenities: good wifi, water pressure and furnishings. Views of Nice spectacular from outside porch, windows in kitchen and poolside. Plenty of hiking and easy walk to town to buy cheese, bread and wine.. the owner makes the reservation process easy...well worth it!

Wonderful Villa with spectacular views!

This Villa is well decorated, with furnishings and artwork in good taste. The kitchen is superb! The gardener is fantastic and does a great job of maintaining this beautiful property. The property was clean and generally well maintained. We had a few minor issues (mostly related to the age of the building, but these were corrected quickly). The owner was very attentive, calling us several times during our stay to ensure all was going well and that we liked the property.

The Villa is somewhat isolated (on top of a hill accessed by a winding, two-way road). We spent our days visiting wonderful villages, museums, as well as visiting the Gorge de Verdon. We had wonderful lunches in all the villages we visited, but stayed home most evenings, cooking in the large and VERY well equipped kitchen. St. Jeannet is a charming village and we were able to obtain all our groceries there. The upper village was our morning destination for croissants each day.

Owner's Response: I always try to make sure my guests are well looked after and that every thing is to their liking. The Villa is situated in a high dominant position with view over the Riviera and the mediterranean sea and offers total privacy and calm with nobody looking down at you.

Absolutely amazing villa

The villa in St Jeannet was a wonderful place to stay for many reasons. Firstly it is positioned in a quiet spot a short distance from the village with great views of the Mediterranean across the hills towards Nice which is only a short drive away. Secondly, the location is a perfect starting point to see the many medieval villages that are close by and if you like you can drive to Monaco and Italy and return in time to have a glass of wine and some cheese on the balcony before dinner. Finally, the villa has everything you could need for a holiday and is very comfortable. Great recreational areas and cooking facilities and 2 of the 3 bedrooms with ocean views. We were there for a week and would have loved to stay for much longer.

A villa we would like to return to

Even if the photos on the web site indicated that it is a wonderful property, the reality was much better. It was spacious, very well maintained with all facilities that make a wonderful holiday.

On arrival we were met by the housekeeper who took well care of us during our stay.

The view from the Villa over the Riviera and the Mediterranean Sea is breathtaking and the pool area, the garden and surroundings were well maintained.

The Village of St Jeannet is a typical Provencal Village with a touch of middle age history, with several shops, restaurants and 2 bakeries that we liked very much.

We will come back for another family holiday soon.

A house we certainly would wish to return to

The villa offers great value for money. It is large, very comfortable, with a fantastic view over the Riviera. It was clean and well maintained, with all facilities you need for a great vacation.

The pool area and the garden is comfortable and attractive, inviting you to stay at the villa, instead of touring the area.

The house keeper who lives next door was very attentive and took well care of us, on arrival and during our stay.

The area around St Jeannet offers a variation of Restaurants, shops and supermarket, and is only 10 minutes away from the beach and the busy coast of the Riviera.

We stayed in the house for a week, but wished we could have stayed much longer!

The riviera at it's best

I been many times at the riviera but never up in the hills around Vence and I have to say that this my best stay. The view is breathtaking and from the terrace you can see all the way from Mont Boron in Nice in the east to Cannes in the west. The sky is clear and since we live in London we could appreciate a glimpse of the "Milky Way" while looking up in the evenings.

The house is charming spacious and well maintained (our only incident during the week was changing a lamp bulb)

St Jeanette has a couple of nice local cafes and restaurants and an excellent supermarket where you can pick up Wine, Oysters and other seas food, Foie Gras and Rib Eye steaks at fantastic prices.

Vence and the historic city of St Paul de Vence are pearls just around the corner. From a transport perspective from St Jeanette it took us 35 minutes into the center of either NICE or Antibes and 45 minutes to Monaco.

We hope to come soon again

The property altitude is 395 m over sea level and well exposed to the sun, with a spectacular south sea view.

During the winter season you are only 1 hour away from 3 popular ski resorts Isola 2000-Auron and Valberg, normally open from December to April.
