About Peter Hedges
We have had a holiday home in Marbella for over 12 years now and consider it very much our 'happy place' where we can truly relax, enjoy fabulous Mediterranean food and take long strolls on the beach. We live in Surrey in the UK but we like to visit Marbella as often as possible - not only to ensure the house is looked after and maintained to the highest standard, but to enjoy the sea, the sunshine, the views and play a round of golf before the obligatory paella with a jug of sangria at our favourite "chiringuito" beach restaurant.

We needed a quiet week and got one. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pool v welcome on those hot days and wanders along the coast in the evening recommended.

A great property situated in a well maintained gated community only 2 minutes walk to the beach, which is served by excellent beach restaurants/bars. The house is immaculate and provides everything needed for a family of 4 (everything works as does the critical air conditioning!). If the sun has moved from the ground floor, then move to the roof terrace! Hire a car as you'll need it for shopping (Mercadona is great quality and value for money) and to visit places like Mijas and Ronda in addition to many beaches/resorts along the coast. Peter (owner) and Julie (local) are on hand leading up to or during your stay if needed. We all (2 adults and children 13 & 11) had a great time and would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful two week holiday in this well appointed, comfortable home in a lovely neighbourhood that is close to the beach as well as many other attractions and services in and around Marbella. What a Great Place to stay
Peter's townhouse is on a very well cared for, and exclusive development, adjacent to great beaches, and beachside bars and restaurants(within easy walking distance).
The listing accurately reflects the property, which is obviously very well maintained and cared for by the owners. More like a home from home, than a vacation rental.
Quality furnishings, fittings, with the best equipped kitchen we have found in a vacation property.
Would intend staying here again next time we visit Marbella, and/or the surrounding area.
Easy to reach from Malaga airport, and easy to drive and explore the surrounding areas, both on the beach and up in the mountains.

Lovely house in a great location
My husband and I loved this place. The house felt like a home from home, had everything we needed and was comfortable and stylish. It has great outdoor spaces with the roof terrace, patio and use of the pool which is shared by just a few homes. The complex where the house is was quiet, well kept and felt very safe and we were just a few minutes walk from the beach and a nearby restaurant. There is a bus stop just outside the complex so easy to get into central Marbella for a night out or some shopping. I would highly recommend it as somewhere to stay.
